Remarks :

There are more positives than negatives. We can enjoy a family of 100 and we really become a family together thouroughout the time here. We are usually peaceful in the college. There is no ragging and only student friendly environment is provided.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Its my dream profession. I had always dreamt of being a doctor. There are total nine semesters and five and a half years in the college including internship. The first year has two semesters and at the end of the second semester there will be a university exam which decides whether we move on to the next semester. Those who study well can pass qnd the second year which actually is a year and a half consists of thouree semesters and the end of the fifth semesrer marks another univeristy exam.

Placement Experience :

Placement from the college is very good. The college has good reputation and the graduates are gladly welcomed into any hospital arrangement. The graduates gets job very easily and can work with a decent salary. The college does provide internship and also helps in the practice of the students clinical skills.

College Events :

As it is a student friendly college as discussed above. It gives importance to all the festivals as well as special days that are observed world wide. Mostly it is based on medical events but still it provides students an opportunity to showcase their skills both culturally and academically.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is based on the government decided structure and it cannot be commented upon. There are needs for the college as well to provide proper education facilities for the students so the amount is feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are various scholarships available for the students who are very good in academics as well as those who are socially backward. It provides equal opportunities for all the students in any strata of the society.

Campus Life :

Labs are excellent. Our priority is mostly academics. Labs provide the students with modern equipments and facilities that ensure the proper up bringing of the students. It is also furnished and new equipments are bought often.

Alumni/Alumna :

They are very helpful. They help us before exams. They give us clinical knowledge. Gives proper books and suggestions on how to study and manage our time during exams and during pre exam preparation.

Admission :

By qualifying for the all india entrance examination conducted by cbse. There will be a selection process based on the state ranks. The state ranks will be short listed from the all india rank list. Then there will be an allotment process according to the college options we have opted and we will get our best choice if we have luck. There are thouree allotments and after that a spot admission will be held to fill up the remaining seats.

Faculty :

The faculty of the college are very experienced and who had qualified from top universities in the country. From the dean to the tutors all are friendly towards the students and create a student friendly enviroment in the college. Discipline and academics are the two main points that the faculty stresses on. They provide any kind of help for all the students who need it. They give personal care and even organises special classes for weak students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We were brought into the new CBME curriculum. Even the faculty finds it hard to comply with as it is a new system. There are a lot of small group discussions and self directed learning programmes that consider the teacher as just a facilitator and students are meant to learn with the guidance of the facilitator.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Why MBBS because it has been my dream since of I was kid and I’m glad that I made it this far. Each batch in my college have 250 students and for every 25 students one faculty would be given as mentor, whom we can approach for any of queries. Apart from that practical and clinical postings are really fascinating. We would have year exams as to qualify each year, and a few internal exams every 2-3 months. And these exams I wouldn’t put it too tough that we have to give our 100% of time for only studies but nor too easy. If we put a moderate effort for studies we are soo good to go.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is actually not difficult but it isvery much vast so it we find a little bit hard to survive mbbs.Clinically based studies are more usefull than the theory sessions.Exams are stressfull due to the topics that we have to cover, interval between exams are normal

As I Was The first CBME batch in our college ,it was a little thought for the teachers to adapt but now after learning from our mistakes ,they have changed all their old way of teaching and now they try to do competency based teaching rather than just teaching
