The neet exam in my year had around 17lakh students in which around the top 15 thousand students got into government medical colleges for MBBS. If you have cleared NEET UG, medical council of India does the allotment process where you have to give the list of college which you are interested in. If you are eligible with the rank that you achieved then your highest preferred college would be allotted to you. Reservations are available based Like OBC and PWD. If you have any reservations make sure you keep the certificate ready according to the format given by medical council

After clearing NEET entrance exam with an AIR 1850 ,i registered for state allotment in KEAM website ( My NEET 2022 score was 667) . i had a kerala rank of 108 ,then comes the allotment process ....Calicut medical college is one of the top medical colleges in our country and stands at top of list in terms of admission last rank and obviously only the students with best rank gets there . i got allotted to CMC in the 1st allotment itself .
