Course Curriculum Overview

I was always good in English and i got 90+ marks in 10th and 12th classes, and i want to be an author so this is the reason i decided to opt for this course, as i am a reader so i like classic books and this course is for me. The curriculum let us learn many realities and life of the old times and we get a very well knowledge about that, the course is good and teaching method is also good. The exams aren't that hard, and happens two times a year.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is tuition fee as normal price and free for st sc obc. I don't take tuition so my total fees is between 9k to 10k. Scholarships or financial aids, i have no idea about that. I haven't taken any job or employment under campus but i do volunteer in college functions sometimes.

Campus Life

My experience with campus life is nice. There are annual and departmental fest happens in the month of feb and March every year and many seminars also happens throughout the year. A large variety of books are available in the college library including course books. There is always one sport period a week for every course and there is ncc clubs and societies and internship available in college.

Admission

The admission process was good. Eligibility of the course was 60% in 12th. We did a common entrance test for the colleges of delhi university and college in DU decided if the student is eligible or not. Application form and application fees and dates all could be found on the Delhi University website. Exams happens 2 times a year and 1 time a semester , exams are not that difficult they are good. Sometimes there is website crash but that is because of the traffic on website i think.

A Students Life at the Delhi University as a Working Professional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

Very good curriculum- focus on practical approach rather than theories. The relevancy is great for sure. As a students of economics majors I am greatly satisfied with the curriculum here. People with other subjects like Political Science and History are also often offered educational trips

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . So its really gives time for a person to test himself or herself about which field to go on for as specialization. The difficulty level for this course is easy to moderate.

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

Just an Honest Review of SRCC, DU, Hostel, Delhi...

Placement Experience:

The placements of Shri Ram College of Commerce are one the highest in Delhi Univerisity. For the session 2023-23, the highest package was 35 lpa, average package was 10.15 lpa, median package was 8 lpa and the gross placement value was 51.6 crore. There were more than 100 recruiters from more than 15 sectors, including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., Kearny, Accenture, Delloite, JP Morgan & Co., etc. with more than 500 offers. The Placement Cell also launched an initiative of assissting people with special abilities to secure placements and interships. As of now, I have not settled to what I am going to do after graduation.

Honest opinion of kalindi college

Cuet is the eligibility. Like 70-80% percentile in physics can get you in kalindi. Application are announced nearly in March- april. This exam happens once a year. Cuet have a bit of lengthier and time taking admission procedure but it's worth it....Read More
