Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very good. It focuses on practical learning from case studies of Ivey Business Schools. The electives and specialization have to be chosen in the second year. We can specialize in 2 courses of our choice in the second year.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, the college provides with the summer internship. The average stipend this year is 1.88 lakhs for 2 months. The placements got were completed in a record of 2 days placing all the 360 students(180-Business Management course, 180-HR) for summers. The highest stipend was 5 lakhs for two months.
Placement Experience
All the students get placed so 100% placements. Major companies like HUL, P&G, BCG, Nestle, Mondelez, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Flipkart, GSK, etc visit the campus for placements. Average package offered was 19.21 lakhs for 2017 batch.
College Events
The Management fest of the college is Ensemble-Valhalla. It has a reach of 20000+ online and 10000+ participants. The students organize the whole fest from getting the sponsorships and organizing the events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course fee is roughly 22 lakhs including all the hostel facilities, mess, academic fees and the textbooks are provided to the students.

Hostel Facilities
Yes, I reside in the hostel. The rooms are well furnished and maintained. They are single occupancy and the costs are included in the total fees. Staying in the hostel is compulsory. The mess food is decent and clean.
Alumni/Alumna
XLRI is known for its very strong alumina network and college has a proper platform for student-alumina interactions. The alumni contribute a lot to the overall development of the college and visit campus often to meet students and guide them.
Faculty
The standard of teaching is very good. All the professors are specialized in the field they are teaching. They have PhDs and many of them are consultants in their specialized fields and hence have practical experience of what industries need.
