College is quite good and the new building is even better than many colleges of north campus
Faculty of this college is very helpful and supportive in personal and academic problems as well.
placement is an asoect that is covered by the placement cell of college which helps student in different ways such as seminar, interviews, meetings, etc.

Dislikes

I didn't like that the new building of the college is still not in use.
The locality near the college is not well settled, and are very unhygeinic.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is enough relevant for the person who would like pursue further and want to do research, this course goes through a wide range of subjects which are helpfull for the future courses and the variety of these courses helps us in diving an ocean of subjects, this course has a wide and bright future.

There are no such internship provided by the college but the different companies are called to the college by the placement cell of the college which also helps student to learn how to make CVs, Resumes, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is not too much as we compare to different college of university of delhi, The fees of this college comes on the lower miniscus. So, this college provides affordable studies to students and for those who are not able to pay even this much amount there are various facilities such as scholarship, fee remissions, etc. The fee ranges from ?12000- ?16000 per year.

Campus Life

The campus is not too big but provides enough interactions for the betterment of the students which helps in overall development of students which provides students a better mental and physical health.

Admission

I opted for the course Zoology hons. and admission process wasn't that difficult teachers were very helpful. I gave CUET exam because of which i got admitted in this college this was my first preference as i talked to my seniors from school who told me that science department of this college is quite good. So, overall the admission process was quite good.

Hansraj College: A 3 Dimensional Review

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Life in RAMJAS

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. Exams are usually moderate to difficult because questions are concept?based, but the pattern is fair and gives weightage to assignments, tutorials and attendance. Overall, the course is quite comprehensive and relevant for careers in teaching, analytics, government exams and higher academics, though adding more practical projects, programming and real?life modelling could make it even more industry?oriented
