Insight of Delhi University

The couse I am pursuing is pretty good . In gargi college the faculties are top notch and the way they teach is impressive and easy going. There are alot of opportunities this couse offer. It prepares you for real world as the teacher always try to give the real life examples and how to use theory knowledge in real life . The timing of exams are quite frequent and the syllabus is vast which doesn't give enough time to cover the course . Exam are held in May and December . There are just 4-5 months for completing the whole course and revisions. This is something difficult for students.

After completing 4-5th semester you become eligible for placements. There are some companies like Wipro and delloite who offer jobs in their company. The highest placement given is 21lpa andd the average is 4-5 pla . Around 60-70% students get placed with high packages . I am also considering the college placement in some reputed company.

The tuition fees is pretty affordable in du and in this few structure you can gain alot of knowledge which is nice . Other than that you just have to give examination fees which can cost you around 1000-2000 according to the subject in your course. DU provides scholarships also for reimbursement of tuition fees . The placement rate is also high . The average package given is 4-5 lpa. It also offers alot of internship opportunities.

There are fests which are organised by student council of college . The name of the fest is reverie. The library offers a vast variety of books and journals. You can avail it by library card. Classrooms are also nice with full space and facilities . College also give emphasis on sports activity they also arrange sports day event and Intercollege competition. There are various societies which give you a taste of social life such as dance club , drama club, ncc , etc.

Overall the admission process is good enough. I am doing bcom(h) from Delhi University . So for this you have to give cuet . In which you have to compulsorily select the main subject of commerce which are accountancy , business studies, economics . These are the subject which you have already studied in class 12th . The application fees for cuet is around 1500. There are some reservation system for sc/st like if fill preference list nicely you can definitely avail benefits out of it. Difficulty level is not high the examination is easy it's just you have to compete with alot of students . Timing was enough for the questions given . I would suggest that examination centres need some improvement they can arrange the centre prior to the exam so students can give their exam freely as there were alot of students who started late for exam because of their irregularities.
