Im here a student of civili engineering . The course offer here in the civil engineering is the one of the best course among all the IITs and NITs all over the India . The course offered here is mostly relevant to the industrial purpose and give a bright opportunities in the field of civil engineering and you can get a good placement after the completion of the course

Placement are quite good at this institute as last year was highest-paid package was 42 LPA for the student of computer science engineering . Average placement package of all the top Four branches is almost more than 10 LPA . In my department that is Civil engineering , placement in this department is also very good as civil engineering in our college one of the best branch of this institute.

Fee structure are very decent . If you are general candidate and having income more than Five lakh then you have to give 82 thousand as a semester fee and 20 thousands as a mess fee . If you are general candidate and having income between 1 lakh to 5 lakh then you have to give 41 thousand as a semester fee and 20 thousands as a mess fee .If you are a general candidate and having income Below 1lkh then you have to pay only 18500 as a semester fee and 20 thousands as a mess fee . All these criteria applicable for OBC category and if you are a candidate of SC ST students then you have 100% Fee waivers

By the size by area its 2nd smallest national institute but by view its very beautiful college. There are many types of location there we can travel and enjoy. By view of focusing on social club there are 2-3 cultural fest are . sports facilities offered here are very Good as Two basketball court were inaugurated last year and more than 5 Badminton court and 1 new football ground was also inaugurated

Hostels facilities are quite good as compared to other colleages because there are more than 5 hostels named as Mansar , Jhelum , Jhelum extension , Indus, Tawi . Indus us for the second year students . Chenab Hostel forbthe third year students and Jhelum extension is only for the fourth year students and it is single residential hostel . Hostel facilities are very good really awesome .

To get admission at National institute of technology you must have appeared in joint entrance examination that us JEE main and you have to score decent percentile . if you are general candidate and want to get computer science engineering then youbto secure 98 percentile and if you belong from OBC category and want to get as a computer science engineering then you to score 97 percentile and if you belong SC ST students then you have to score atleast 95 percentile . all the data is given for students other than J&K
