The campus is clean and green with all the basic amenities
Faculty is cooperative and highly qualified which is good
The overall experience is great and everything is provided at genuine

Dislikes

Campus is not large enough to accommodate more gatherings
The campus is located at outskirts of the city
Bus services are limited and on fixed on timings which cannot be accessed by all

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is quite relevant at today's time as branches like mechanical and industrial and production have constant demand which isnt unstable at times when other tech branches might face recession . Other than that, a good CGPA is required for a safe course journey

Class Size: 79Course Fees: INR 275000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As of internships , college provides it for all the branches and specializations like mechanics, robotics , technology, programming and production and management . With a decent stipend and paid internships too it is good as expected

Placement Experience

Placements of the college , as seen are better than the other colleges around here in the locality because of the prestige of the national institutes as old as this . The percentage of students fetching a placement is above 50 percent which is quite decent

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee of 4 years is around 11 lakh for a student in over 5 lakh family income . Wheaeas for other income catagories the fee waiver is 2/3rd and all of it respectively for 1 - 5 lakh and under 1 lakh category respectively.

Campus Life

The campus being around 150 acres is a little small but still managebale as there are all the basic amenities provided and other than that the dispensary and other facilities are good enough and the inly thing that required improvement is the time and effort taken to get the required materials .

Hostel Facilities

Hostels here are affordable and provide an average experience . And the hostel staff here is cooperative and helpful. Other than that the meal quality and system can be improved to a level , which is okay overall

Eligibility : JEE Mains score ( above 94 percentile for general category ) Application updates are provided on official JOSAA and CSAB sites Exams include regular assessment ie quizzes and there are mid semester and end semester exams More efficient system to avail physical reporting .

LPU Jalandhar is a nest!

Placement Experience:

Over a crore package too have been inked form LPU, CSE and that itself is more than enough to justify my call to Study here. Highest package was of 1.03 crores and average still stands at 8 lakhs around. The big thing is nearly 2500 students in CSE and still all are finding a shot to try for placements.

LPU has no errors!

Placement Experience:

Mid cap to large cap, every company that can afford our students services are invited to our university for hiring students. Thus far nearly 500 organizations have been invited to our university and a good bit of placements percentage is also there. No students of our university recruited have come under fire and therefore the companies which have laid faith in LPU students have kept hiring year after year.

Like at IET

Course Curriculum Overview:

I went for CSe bcz it has best career scope. The curriculum is comprehensive but a bit heavy. It touches almost all topics but didn't go deep into latest tech like AI or Cloud computing, which was a drawback. Improvements? Definitely the teaching style. Some profs are good but many rush through the syllabus to finish it. They should include more project based learning instead of just theory exams. Exams are manageable. We have typical sem system. Timing is predictable but sometimes the schedule is very tight with no gaps between papers. Difficulty wise its okay, most students study a week before exams and manage to clear them.

As I mentioned this college is new and they have no past data to show about their placement but they have good tie up with some of the giants of industry including IBM and when their SME comes to provide lectures ut really boosts your energy and motivation. But still there can't be any assurance of placement as of now untill our batch get placed successfully

My Journey and experience at my College

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate and usually starts from the 7th Semester . A few Service based Companies visit with average packages of 3-4 Lpa . Around 40 - 50 % students get placed. I plan to upskill and pursue higher studies or better job opportunities

LPU is indeed a professional university!

Placement Experience:

Around 600 recruiters so far has hired students from LPU. Not just domestic but even international names have hired students from LPU. So, I don't think one even has to look beyond LPU for that matter. I am happy that students from here have got the opportunity to work in their dream companies and soon I will be giving interviews as I am also in my final year now.

from 6 semester only students are getting placed in most companies like tcs,visa.TCS every year they make 300-400 offers and famous companies like visa do in less count like 10-50 and the average package is 6 LPA and the highest package is 30-40 LPA.60-70% of students are getting placed every year.my plan is to earn a job after the degree and grow there

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placement Experience:

On campus Placements are average here. The highest package goes to 19 lakhs and Average package is 3-4 lakhs per annum. However we can not expect any MNC to visit this campus but the companies for freshers and to gain experience visit the campus.

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
