Living expenses in Central University Of Karnataka is low
Friends and connection from different Parts of country
Good localites and easy availability of all the services

Dislikes

Less availability of water and bad quality of food
Administration is not considering the needs of students

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is higly rated and it is providind lots of scope and placements. Conputer application is one of the trending courses now a days it is highly job oriented and is easy to study and understand overall it is a good course

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for MCA is little bit high compared to other courses but compared to private institutions fees is less for Central University of Karnataka. Per semester we have 30000 as semester fees which is low compared to private Universities

Campus Life

Every year we conduct department wise sports and arts named as Ankur and we participate in south zone Competitions and university provides good lab and library facilities and each departments will conduct there own fests

Admission

Central University common entrance test is there you should attend the exam and get atleast 100 plus marks to secure confirmed seats in the institute cut off marks may vary depending on yhe course you choose

Supportive faculty who guide students well.

Placement Experience:

Students at RNSIT generally become eligible for campus placements from third semester of the MCA program. Training like soft skills , coding sessions , resume building. Companies : TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO

Great learning experience at RNSIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MCA curriculumis relevant and covers programming, databases, AI/ML and software development. it prepares students for industry through practical learning. Exams are held regularly with moderate difficulty.

Balanced Experience with Academics and Career Growth

Likes

The teachers are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their respective subjects. They explain concepts clearly and are always approachable for doubts.
Each student as a mentor who provides academic support, career advice and help us succeed in our goals.
Frequent guest lectures, hackathons, and workshops that are very useful as they provide exposure to real-world concept.

Dislikes

There are comparatively fewer extracurricular activities offered in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are decent, especially for MCA students who actively build their skills. The college provides placement training from earlier semesters, including aptitude test, coding practice, and mock interviews which helps in preparation.

RNSIT MCA: A Blend of Strong Academics and Vibrant Campus Life

Likes

Professors are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive.
Average packages for MCA students are around 4-5 LPA
Well maintained labs, classrooms, and library

Dislikes

While placements are good, more tie-ups with product-based companies and startups could improve opportunities
Some of us feel the syllabus could be modernized faster to match industry trends
Admission and office related processes are time consuming

RNSIT MCA placements are good. Students become eligible from second semester, with average packages around 4-5 LPA. Over 50 companies visit in a year, offering roles in software development, data analysis, and IT services.

Remarks:

Admission:

First write KAT exam get the score card give the documents with original score card to the college almost around 85% of the student gets placed each year . Every year almost 40-50 companies visit these companies may range from a start up to a mac company getting a job should be from our talent though chances would be given you just have to grab them.

I applied for a few Central University based on my entrance marks. But i couldn't able to make into other colleges due to shortage of marks. When i got selected into this university, the first thing that attracted me was, the varied section of students which gives a platform to explore about various cultures.
