i choose cse (core) because there are huge oppurtunity in software and coming generations . the faculty are well traind and experienced from iit and nit's. the way they teach the subject is quite impressive. coming to the exams pass is not a difficult job u can pass by assignments and quiz

placements in this college is quite impressive, and internships are good like u can get it by yourself or they intimate about internships. highest package is 4800000 and average package is about 1100000. almost all students get placed by the campus interview

Fees and Financial Aid

for semester the total fee structure is 163000 including mess and hostel. u can take loan from bank and pay to the academics. there are many events are going about coding sessions and u can get scholorship if they like about your work

Campus Life

apoorv is the annual fest and flashmob for every sem. library has many books regarding coding electronics and general knowledge. equipment of sports are good and clubs like wildbeasts and trendles handled by students

Hostel Facilities

the management keep hostel very clean, and the thing i like is the greenary around the campus. meal quality is good and menu will be decided by commitee runs by students and staff changes for every month. if u dont kike hostel u can stay outside with management permission

Admission

anyone who finished their 12th are eligible for the course, i joined in this campus through josaa, by writing jee mains exam. there are reservation benefits. the admission process is quite good in my experience

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

The college has a very attractive campus and it is very new so the facilities are also relatively new. no placements but good to explore your interests
