Their over strictness nature due to unknown reasons
Unnecessary fine collection due to any unknown reasons
Their parciality in many respects are the reason few students never show their interest in their expert fields

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Computer Science and Engineering(CSE) as it has high demand. According to our generation this course has lot of creativity , innovative ideas to explore in real field. It also provides high quality computing solutions.

It has become quite decent in recent time due to recession . College needs to focus more on Placement Cells as reccesion is affecting the present scenario of IT Hub. Companies like CTS, Mindtree , P360 , Nomura visits our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah our college fees has hiked a little though , but it provides quality education and also faculty members are also great in accordance to the fess they are taking. This college allows us for scholarships , internships.

Campus Life

Campus life is quite strict to be honest . But still it will give oppurtunity for participating in many sports activities , cultural events , Hackathon etc. It's quite not boring though due to certain restrictions you might feel it his.

Admission

So it was through my WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) rank. After 2nd Counselling locked this college, then went fot admission process. As we all know admission process was quite similar like other college.

Placement Experience:

The Students here can apply for CDC Placements in Final Year and if I tell about B.Tech. Specifically then in 7th Semester of their course. Many prominent companies visit here for recruiting the brilliant minds like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, IBM, Texas Instruments, Tata Steel, L&T, Bajaj Auto, Flipkart, American Express, Infosys, Wipro, PwC....and many more. There isn't any data provided by our institute to us stating of the highest and average package by particular comapanies and the profiles offered. But I can tell you of my department's 2023-24 CDC Placement drive: We had the highest no. of offers that is 128. Highest offer made was 1.4Cr INR pa and Median and average package offered were 21-22 lakhs pa and 25-26 lakhs pa respectively. almost 87% students had got placed in the last placement season. The 2024-25 Placement season isn't over now, but till Dec 2 2024, again we had the highest no. of offers that is 20. If I talk about my future plans, I want to go into reasearch in VLSI Industry in future as the VLSI is Tech of the future.
