Remarks

The college has good rating in academics and is also doing good in other fields of student interest. The college mostly holds a good remark.

Entrance Preview

The college conducts an examination but I took direct admission in this course. With some mild donation I got a seat alloted in this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is really good. The college fully follows the curriculum prescribed by the Lucknow University here. It is standard and has a deep rooted conceptual touch of content.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are not from the college side. But as my relatives are there in high court, I will manage one this year. Till now I have not done any.

Placement Experience

3

Placements are almost negligible. For the last year also I don't think there was something like placements . We most of the time go for practicing independently.

College Events

4.5

Events are often organised in campus. Last event we had was set on the theme of United Nations Organisation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is almost affordable and within reach. I pay something around 25 thousand every year for academics such as tuition fee. For rest we have to pay the fee separately.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided to the toppers of each year.

Campus Life

4.5

Extra curricular activities like games and sport remain on peak. We also get a lot of opportunities in culturals.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels are good. As I am local here so I never took any hostel accommodation but still students say it is ok.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network in our college is also very nice. Many a times we get to see our seniors on interaction sessions.

Exam Structure

Exams are taken for the course at the end of the particular year as we have a year wise examination.

Faculty

5

The faculty members are very good in teaching. They maintain the standard of course and the best thing is that explain very well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is very easy for me to take decision to choose this course because in other universities i failed in pratical examination, and that is why I have to take admission in this university .The curriculum preparation is only needed to be 2-3 mouth only,The areas for improvement in the is faculty members should change, instuments should be repaired, and one auditorium should be there, teachers should be try to get better from students. The frequency and timing of exam is perfect, ther announced there examination date before 2 mouth, the level of exam is moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm currently persuing BA(hons) Geography from Faculty of Arts. I had interest in geography since class 10. Therefore, I chosen this course. Curriculum doesn't prepare us, we have to prepare ourselves. My suggestion would be that some more younger professors need to be there. Exams are generally easy and their cycle is also good

Amity University, Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Economics)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.
