Remarks

It's a nice place to live in because here the bond which gets developed is unbreakable. Seniors are of great help. They can help in small works like how to put thouread in needle to how to write research papers for Havard. Negative thing about Rml is that here students are too chill.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course is well structured. As there are no mid sems, there is ample time for studies apart from course. One can take part in moot court competition, write research papers and other activities. Subjects are also divided in such a way that students don't feel pressure. Few subjects are given less time in comparison of syllabus that has to be covered. If they would be offered for two semesters then it would have been easy for students.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placements are not that good. A major chunk of the students opt for the judicial services. Every year 100 plus students qualify in judicial services exams of various states Gender ratio is healthy in the college as 60:40 ratio is there between boy and girl. College provides internship opportunity at top tier firm, high court judges, senior advocates.

College Events

3.5

College organises annually sports festival called Aavahan, Cultural festival called Riwayat. Many other events are also organised like International moot court competition, national debate competition, negotiation mediation competition etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Annual fees is 1lac 8 thousand and mess fees of 28k is extra. It is feasible as the major chunk of students studying here are from middle class families and if we compare the fees of my college with other National Law Universities then it is minimum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided to Sc /St students. Two meritorious students of each batch are also given full fees remission if they qualify the criteria mentioned by the college authorities. Many other scholarships are also availed by the students which are given by various state governments.

Campus Life

4

Economic Status of the students studying in this college is that of higher middle clas. Majority belongs to Hinduism. At max 5 percent population would be of Muslim religion. Gender ratio is 3:2. Various committees exist like Debate and discussion committee, legal aid committee, sports committee, cultural committee etc.

Hostel Facilities

3

It is compulsory for students to live in hostel. For initial two years 2 students in a room. from 3rd year onwards single rooms are provided. The size of rooms are good. Every student is given a table, a chair, an almirah.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network can be said fair as the college is new in the law field It was founded in 2006 only and law is all about networking. you can get good internship opportunities with the help of the alumni. Many alumunus of our college are sitting at high places in top tier leagl firms of the country. Seniors are also very helpful.

Admission

I chose my college as this was allotted to me after I appeared in clat counselling that is held after clat entrance exam's merit is out. Clat is an all india entrance exam for admission in National Law Universities all over India.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty can be said average. There are few excellent faculties but at the same time there are few below par faculties. Almost all the faculty member are having doctorate degree. Some faculty members are very active and helps students to enhance their skills. If you will go to any faculty member and ask for any help then the chances of returning without right advice is very bare.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was clear about my course from school time .In my university there were a lot of classes which was only for personality dovelopement that make us ready for the real word and corporate sector. The improvement should be in mangement as i seen a lot of change in faculty members so i feel there was not a propper management of faculty . There was a lot of exams but these were not a difficut thing as they were not so diffucult as i mention before anyone who attends classes can pass these examinations.

Placement Experience:

The students start getting paid internships from the 4th year and the stipend is according to the work they do. The college gives full support to the students to work for their internships and focus on it. in the last semester (5th year), the students have a well-organised resume which helps them to get good jobs. The college only offers placements to the meritorious students however, it also provides recommendations for all students and gives them a list of the various companies they can apply for a job. Many law firms visit the college and take interviews to select students. The campus placement rate is not that high. After graduation, one can go for judiciary, litigation, corporate jobs, academician or pursue LLM.
