Course Curriculum Overview

2-3 professors are really good, others are below average, but the college is developing very fast, the things we studied makes a job ready for a moderate package job. I do btech in computer science engineering

Fees structure is good but there is no such placements process in the college, but students gets placed in 3-4 companies, gave 20-30 k salary per month, college was not that supportive in placement, they are only to give a graduation degree in btech.

Study are very good here,more exam and more couching in studies, encourage in studies to get good marks , curriculum are very good here,there are more developement in studies.sure here studies make job ready

Decent collage for Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering),2-3 professors are really good, others are below average, but the college is developing very fast, the things we studied makes a job ready for a moderate package job

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Placement Experience:

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. A few companies which visit the college are TCS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, IBM, COGNIZANT, HUL, HCL, INDIAN OIL, MITSUBSHI, NJ INDIA, D-POWER,ETC. all the companies offer placement. highest on-campus package = inr 33 lakh where as the average is around 6lpa. After the degree, I plan to get a good placement in a core company and opt for GATE.

So first talk about the admission procedure : there are two ways to get into this college for btech admission is by JEE and WBJEE entrance exam. Ok taking account of these exam ranks you can take admission into this college and the average rank for CSE branch by WBJEE is under 20-25k.
