Course curriculum is advance and modern and designed according to today's need of industries. Faculties are from at least M.Tech from Top IITs and mostly are P.hd from IITs and some ahave MS and doctorate and post doctorate degree from foreign universities.

Many Professors of the department as well as placement cell have contact with the industries so they provide internship opportunities in big indian companies as well as MNCs. Every student gets internship opportunity easily with the help of university.

There are good placements. Many companies visits the campus for placements every year because university has signed MOUs with many companies (some oil PSUs also) and course curriculum is according to requirements of industries so companies prefer our university for placements. Average package is little less approx 5 lakh per annum but more than 90% students have a job after the graduation from this university.

Fee is little bit higher than other institutes. Now tuition fee is approx 2 lakh per semester and industrial tour, security money and personality development course 20000 INR for each once during B.Tech. Scholarship facility is only for Branch topper and Uttrakhand domicile girls.

Life and environmental of the college is very good and professional. College has a big soprts ground in which every year cricket and football tournament organized with inter university teams. There happens a tech fest and a cultural fest every year apart from that fresher party and convocation organized by University every year.

There are two ways to participate in counseling. First One is through entrance exam of University and second one through JEE Mains score. Application fee for entrance exam is approx 2000 INR and it opens in April month every year. Application form can be fill online on the University website.
