Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum: The curriculum is intense but rewarding. It's a thorough blend of core commerce subjects like Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Marketing, along with electives that let you explore specific areas like Banking, Taxation, or Business Analytics. The courses are updated regularly to reflect current industry trends. Be prepared for in-depth analysis, case studies, and frequent presentations. Faculty: SRCC boasts some of the best commerce faculty in the country. Most professors are PhD holders with extensive industry experience. The student-faculty ratio is around 30:1, which allows for personalized attention and interactive learning. Classes are lively and engaging, with professors encouraging critical thinking and debate. Exams: Term exams happen on time, roughly every three months, depending on the specific course. Difficulty varies, but with consistent effort and proper preparation, most subjects are manageable. Remember, professors are your best resource for exam guid

Internships Opportunities

4

Forget job boards, SRCC's internship scene is where it's at! From Fortune 500 giants like Deloitte and P&G to startups buzzing with innovation, the options are endless. I landed a dream internship at [Company Name] in their Marketing wing. My day wasn't just coffee runs – I was analyzing consumer data for a new product launch, brainstorming campaign ideas, and even presenting to senior executives (gulp!). The stipend was sweet, but the real reward was hands-on experience and seeing my ideas come to life. Beyond big names, the college's placement cell curates unique internships with NGOs and social enterprises. My friend interned at [NGO Name], teaching financial literacy to underprivileged communities – not just impactful, but eye-opening too. Sure, landing the perfect internship takes some hustle, but with the college's network and guidance, you'll be out there, notebook in hand, ready to conquer the professional world before you even graduate. It's an adrenaline rush, trust me!

Placement Experience

4

SRCC placements are legendary! Campus recruitment starts in your final year (6th semester). Top MNCs like Goldman Sachs, Mckinsey, Microsoft, Deloitte, and Citibank flock the campus, making over 500+ offers in diverse sectors like Finance, Consulting, FMCG, and Marketing. The average package hovers around a cool 13.2 LPA, with the highest reaching a whopping 35 LPA! Over 85% of graduates secure placements, proving SRCC's employability prowess. As for me, I'm eyeing a high-flying career in Investment Banking, and with SRCC's guidance and network, I'm confident I'll take flight!

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees at SRCC are surprisingly low (30k/yr undergrad), but living in Delhi can bring costs up to 1.5-2 lakhs annually. Don't worry, though! Merit & need-based scholarships like [Your Scholarship Name] & financial aid exist to help. Plus, on-campus jobs like [Your Job Name] offer valuable experience & stipends. Remember, SRCC wants talented students regardless of background, so explore all financial options! (795 characters)

Campus Life

4

Campus life at SRCC is a vibrant tapestry! You'll be swept away by the energy of annual fests like Crossroads (Nov) & Echelon (Jan), buzzing with cultural nights, competitions, and guest lectures. The library is a bibliophile's paradise, overflowing with books & journals across disciplines. Classrooms are well-equipped & air-conditioned, fostering a comfortable learning environment. Sports aren't neglected, with top-notch facilities for basketball, cricket, and more. The best part? Clubs like Dramatics Society, DebSoc, & Quiz Society offer a platform to explore your passions & make lifelong friends. Hostel Facilities

2.5

Craving the bustling campus life? SRCC's got you covered! Hostels offer shared rooms, basic amenities, and a taste of communal living (fees: 1.28-1.34 lakhs/yr). Can't snag a spot? Don't fret! Nearby areas like Maurice Nagar and Roop Nagar boast affordable PGs and apartments (5k-15k/month). Fuel your academic flame in air-conditioned classrooms, dive into the literary ocean of the library, and unleash your inner athlete on top-notch sports fields. Annual fests like Crossroads & Echelon pulsate with cultural nights and guest lectures, while clubs like Dramatics Society & DebSoc provide fertile ground for your passions. The Shri Ramite, a student-run website, paints a vibrant picture of campus life – check it out! Remember, SRCC fosters an environment where learning and living intertwine, shaping you into future leaders. Let the journey begin!

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.
