Can I take admission in MSIT Kolkata?

The student ratio is quiet high sothat you will head so much competition during the placement time.The best part is the faculty which are well experienced and they will guide you in every phase of your journey. The exam is not too hard to pass but it's also not very easy. You need to follow the class notes , books and reference videos which will going help you to score a good marks in every semester.I joined this course because of reputations of this institute.

Students are eligible for placement from the 6 to 7th semester. There are many companies visits every years for freshers like TCS , Cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte,Amazon, Persistent e.t.c. Most of the students are placed from CSE ,IT,ECE , EE . Nearly 85%-90% students are placed every year from our college. I will go for getting placement or higher study after completion of my BTech course.

The fees structure is dependent upto the course and it quiet very similar with other private colleges affiliated by MAKAUT. There are no specific scholarship provided by college but you can apply different government scholarship like SVMCM,Oasis, Jindal e t.c.Our college allowed all scholarship provided by government.

There so many cultural and technical club are present in our college. MSIT has it's own Google developer community.'Paridhi' is the one of the biggest techfest in Kolkata organized by 'Megatronix' which is official tech club of MSIT. Apart from these we have 'Hackerspace' which is official coding club of MSIT . There are also different small clubs are present in our college.MSIT organize different programs in every year for the freshers. Our college organize MSL(soccer league) and MCL(cricket league) every year.You can participate as a player or a manager as per your interest.You can check more groups from official group of MSIT in social media (Facebook) and you will find different games from www.msitparidhi.com . There are many books available in library for different subjects. Students also could sit and study there. The classrooms and labs are equipped with modern technologies like projector, ventilation systems, Wifi facilities and well sitting arrangement.

The admission is on the basis of WBJEE and JEE main in Btech.There are also some sit for reserved students in different categories.The candidate should pass any entrance exam for taking admission into the relevant course.
