Course Curriculum Overview

We have total 4 subject in our first semester. The subjects are Math , Basic electrical, Chemistry and Mechanical drawing. And we have practical class and laboratory . Also have good library for external study

Class Size: 4Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college per semester fees 12 thousand and mess fees per month 5 thousand and hostel fees per month 3.5 thousand. In our college scholarship are available for sc and st and obc students. And also have swami vivekananda scholarship.

Campus Life

Our campus life is good and campus is very beautiful also try to make more good . In our campus there have basketball court , Racket court , Volleyball court , Football ground, Cricket ground and nice garden for time spend

Admission

I got chance help of west bengal joint entrance exam. I got electronics and communication engineering department help of counciling, so I couldn't change subject. But I like this subject so haven't any problem for me. In our college per semester fees 8 to 12 thousand. In our college placement isn't bad and placement of ECE subject is more than others subject .

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Approximately 85 percent of the students gets placed . My plans after getting the degree is to get a Software Developer job

Course Curriculum Overview:

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

NIT DURGAPUR - A Detailed Breakdown

Placement Experience:

Students generally start getting their pre-placement offers from their 3rd year after completion of their internships other students gets their placement too in their final year. Starting from Apple to Google and Microsoft too hired some of our senior but the number of the students get placed in those tech giant companies is very less but there are mass recruiters too like TCS infosys PW chaitanya education TATA steel BHARAT petroleum and many other companies the offers are made based upon the eligibility of the students and the packages are decided based on the skillset and experience of the students . Highest package was 70 LPA this year and the average packages are also pretty good based upom the companies and their offers it ranges from 15-30 LPA .Almost 80-83% students gets placed but it depends on the branch of the students and their skillsets.I want to sit for GATE exam after completion of my BTech and want to persue MTech

A brief overview of RKMGEC

The main reason students come to this college is because of the fact that fees are affordable and also this is purely government college. Admission process is quite easy you need all the necessary documents (Aadhar, Pan, etc) along with your WBJEE scorecard and rankcard. Other important fact to mention is that only students who are permanent resident of West Bengal can seek for admission. You need a domicile certificate for that....Read More
