Course Curriculum Overview

Course is decent and same as per every other college, faculty are not much concerned enough regarding your future bt for sure you will meet every type of faculty, supportive , irritated, strict,loose . The good thing is they are not much strict with your attandance. In my favour,I must say if you have to choose this College don't go for it ,try harder to get other state funded colleges.

Placement Experience

Placement is very bad . They will show you perks like 45 lpa on website,but don't trust them just listen me ,all the students they framed were get their jobs on their self basis off campus,in college in campus placement can highly go up to 10 lpa and 90% student get 4 to 5 lpa ,if they get a chance of getting placed .

Fees and Financial Aid

In 1st year your admission fees will be around total of 150000 (college+University) Later on from second year your tution fees will be increased but you don't need to pay the university fees that time ,so 2nd ,3rd,4th year your fees will be 135000 per year . They submit fees on annual basis .total cost of btech will be around 525000 for 4 years.

Campus Life

Just boring campus lifestyle if you are not Sikh . Just canteen side is a crowded area ,else of that everything is hell . So choose wisely and take a decision to get in descent college,in this college you have to get your job on your performance but not college based .

Admission

Course is btech,any desirable candidates who have appeared in jee mains and scored a descent rank i.e from 3lac to 80k, is eligible for this . If you belong to Sikh minority then your admission in this will be for sure taken as granted even though if you have a rank upto 9lacs ,you are capable enough of getting it stream even at this rank .this is a Sikh minority based college. It badly need to stop this and only accept on ranking basis served equal for everyone.

There is a training and placement cell in nsut and yes placement is offered in our college. 1. After your 2nd year in btech, you are eligible for internship placement and after 3rd year your are eligible to sit in job placement. 2. There are many good companies that come to nsut, like zomato, meesho, Microsoft, google, azure, adobe, and list is really long. 3. The highest package this year was around 50LPA. The profiles are based on tech - software engineer, non tech - data analysis, core - electrical or mechanical or civil or chemical engineers in core companies like BSES, google silicon etc.

Balanced Experience in BTech CSE

Placement Experience:

Placement start from 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, HCL and Hexaware visited, offering very few positions. Highest pacakge is INR 12 LPA, Average is 3 LPA. About 30% of students get placed. I plan to pursue further studies.

Placement Experience:

All the big Mncs and heavily paying firms come to our college . Most of then are open for every students. But some only open for top branches. Placement are best in iits but some students go for UPSC and other for MBA or higher studies , so the percentage drops.

Nsut - the best college of engineering

Placement Experience:

After 6 semesters students are eligible for placement. The total number of companies visited last year is more than 170. And the offers were made more than 352. The highest package is 1.25 crore to software engineers and 500000. 100 percent of students get placed in the tech branch and 90 percent of students get placed in core branches. I want to get a very good placement from college .

College with good values

Placement Experience:

Here placement is average as many opt for higher studies the reason behind this is maybe because only a few companies visit. In which TCS is a mass recruiter. The average package here is 3-4 lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 6lakhs per annum. Here placement ratio is about 50%. I will also opt for higher studies after getting a degree

I applied to all the colleges that come under GGSIPU and in the 1st round I got HMR and in the 2nd round of IPU counselling I got this college and then I booked this seat and got my seat allotment letter after paying 60000 for the required seat allotment fees! I chose this college over HMR because HMR is very far away from my home and this college is still nearer as compared to HMR As I said I applied to all the GGSIPU colleges but I got HMR is first round which is very far away from my college so I didnt chose it. So i didnt get rejection from any other college! The admisision process is very simple. You get the college on the basis of your JEE MAINS rank. My main aim was to get in GGSIPU affiliated college as it is highly reputed college, and after attending offline spot round i landed in getting this college. I might get a better college according to my rank but as i was late for the spot round i have to take this. The admission process is simple, firstly you need to register in GGSIPU site and fill online counselling form after your JEE marks are live, after filling the counselling form there will be 3 online round and 2 spot rounds and later on there will be a last offline spot which is held in the main campus. I paid a 96000 DD to ggsipu and the rest amount i paid to college. My parents have a mindset focused on engineering or medical careers, so I chose this course.
