The overall area of college is really small
Canteen as for almost 4 months out Central canteen was not operating
Our college do not conduct any of fests and there's a lot of strictness

I chose this course because it's one of the best course offered by Delhi University and has great career prospects. About the faculty student ratio it's very high like I have 105 students in my section and only one teacher to cater. Some professors are highly qualified and they try to teach in best possible manner however some are below average

Internships Opportunities

The internship cell of hansraj College often comes with great intership opportunities. As fas as i am aware the recent one are Zomato unacademy and Paytm. I am not aware about the roles and stipend as i didn't participate in it

Fees and Financial Aid

My annual fees was 26 k which for me is very affordable as almost all the other private institutes charge atleast 1.2 lakhs for an year. The cost of study in comparison to the benefits I will be getting is really good

Campus Life

As far as hansraj is concerned there is no such fest conducted however there are several other colleges in north campus which organise major fests. Library of hansraj is well furnished with a lot of books and journals and also there's a lot of space. Our classrooms are air conditioned and have decent seating capacity. Also the sports and extra curricular opportunities offered by hansraj are great

Admission

I got admission in hansraj College via the process of cuet entrence exam and currently I am persuing bcom honours. The elegibility for the same was English plus a choice between accounts and maths and 2 other domains. The application form for the same would be our on cuet website only. There are certain flaws in this system such as normalisation and all however there's nothing one can do about it. Also once you have given your cuet exam you have to prepare a preference list for Delhi University. It's a very crucial and time consuming step and you need to research well for the same

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
