My college experience

Although, people with high spirits to learn it's a great platform to built up their carrier, every college has it's negative side.

Entrance Exam that grab you into this college was JEE-MAINS.Adept people with decent ranks in JEE-MAINS are worthy to get into NIT DURGAPUR. No other interviews will be held apart of the JEE-MAINS examination(MANDATORY CRITERIA).I am passionate of 3G/4G/5G communication systems,this made me to choose ECE in NIT DURGAPUR. One could built a great carrier with ECE background in NIT DURGAPUR.

So far the course which I took was ECE. Speaking precisely,the laboratory equipment doesn't seem to be work well.It's a bit ridiculous to enhance practical knowledge. Projects based works are more fruitful to get into a practical purpose based education.Coming to Electives,It was based upon CGPA counselling issue.The more CGPA you get the more chance to get into your desired Elective.The college offers electives on all departmental fields you can go through.

I don't think so that NIT DURGAPUR provides Internship with stipend basis. People with great zeal on research area could mail the Professors.They would accept and support the one on their availability.

Best Skills brings Best outputs(Placed people) in NIT DURGAPUR. Coming to me,Placements are based firstly on fortune and then it goes to talent.It's a good opportunity for everyone to get a seat in many interviews.Throughout the year, If one get placed once,then he won't be allowed in any other irrespective of package he/she got.Mass recruitment will be only one will allow us to take part in other interviews.

People of any class could afford the academic fee. Because, NIT DURGAPUR provides and support their students financially by different kinds of scholarships with regards to the people's annual income. Now,the fee structure typically Rs 70,000 / semester.Although there was a criteria for SC/ST candidates to get exemption from the tuition fee.They had a different pay structure of 7000 / semester.

All the professors holding Doctorate, were highly qualified and experienced about 10-30 years. Depends on the student will to get interact with teaching staff,professors will encourage them in the academic issues. Being a huge strength,Professors can't hold everyone to get into the subject.
