Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum and faculty members are very cooperative, skillful and full of knowledge. The main reason for being in this course is learning a new language is a very skillful stuff to do, and also draws lot of attention. The faculty student ratio is also very nice to be particular. Faculty members can interact one to one also. The qualifications of the faculty members holding mostly doctorate degrees in the field. The term exams aren't very tough to be true. One who studies well can easily pass them with minimal to mid range efforts in the language.

Internships Opportunities

5

The internships offered consist of translation and interpretation works for companies. They are offered questions to solve with pretty high money to offer according to the job done. The company seeks students with best skills.

Placement Experience

4

The opportunities and campus placements are also nice, according to past students and seniors whom we have interacted till date. The students who have completed around 4 to 5 semesters can be eligible for employment options. Most MNCs visit for offering package to students in senior years. Most students get placements after completion of degrees.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of the course is very cheap and affordable for someone whose financial state isn't very well, it is like 268 rupees for each semester and mess bill takes around 3500 rupees per month. Talking about the opportunities of scholarships, there are a lots of scholarships depending on the course like MEXT, Mombushoo, etc. Campus jobs, part time works are also possible for those who seek. Around the 2nd and 3rd year time students start to earn little money through translation and interpretation stuff.

Campus Life

5

The campus is pretty old but a lovely place to be in, just like a heaven for people like us. It is very close to the nature, attached and also a thing can be noticed that during the making of this place, no harm is occurred to the animals and trees here. Annual & tech fests are very frequent here with lots of involvement due to the university being a place to lots of PhD scholars. The library being a huge one, books aren't less, lots and lots books are available with best conditions. Sports and extracurricular activities are also in focus for students who are enthusiastic towards them. Amenities in the classrooms are better than most of the high paying universities with so less fees. And about the social groups, clubs and websites for students, there's a lot of scope for all them.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel facilities are also very nice according to their prices and the location they are provided at. There are like 18 hostels in the campus for a huge number of students residing in them pursuing their respective degrees and courses. The hostel facilities are pretty nice, mess food is also good to be true. And about the registration process for hostel and affordability, it is very simple but often takes time for allocation to students due to less availability.

Admission

As an entrance test we took the CUET, which is on the all india basis. The application process was pretty simple, we filled online forms for this on our own. The cutoff for our course being 79% which was in a mid range to be for one of the best universities. For being eligible one must qualify the CUET criterias. Application details can be found in the official website. Then, about the reservation benefits, there are quartile points also. Admission process can be more simpler though.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Zoology)

Because JNU seems to be more promising as an university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It DU, so i think for many students it comes down to if you are able to make it to cutt off list. So my decision was based on it. I cleared the cutt off list for english hons so i took it. I wanted to make my way for govt job, so it was all about getting a degree regardless of what subject i was getting. I think curriculum just make you educated enough to get to know but its the college life that make you come face to face with the real world. exams every 6 months i.e every semester i think its good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like Human Geography which let me to opt for this paper. Besides theory papers, we also have practical papers every semester through which we conduct surveys, interviews, research which helps us in preparing for the real world applications as well as further academic pursuits if we want to go in the field of Remote sensing or GIS. I feel that for papers including research or management, we should be showcasing how we can mitigate them or adapt in such scenarios and also make drafts for writing a research for further pursuits. However, as the time is limited it is quite understandable as to why its not conducted. We have two exams in a year and they are quite relevant and easy
