Course Curriculum Overview

5

The Course curriculum is really interactive and the Professors are like the best heads of the Country in my language. They prepare earlier and after that they come to take class and try to make the class more thinkable more interactive and more understandable.

Internships Opportunities

5

My university provides lots of national cum international opportunities which opens the doors of various ministries, multinational corporations, embassies and provides a vast range of different skills which boosts one's personality.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is very low fee, you all don't believe the fee is just Rs 256 per Semester and the hostel fee is just 1600 per Semester but you must have to pay the Mess fee if you are living in s hostel, which is around 3000-3500 Per month

Campus Life

4.5

Campus is really great here. We have a campus of 1000 Acre in New Delhi, which is really a great thing in its own and it is mostly a residential campus, most of the people get the hostel here. Here we have PSR, RING ROAD where we all can vibe on in the Night and also there is GANGA, SABARMATI AND MAMU dhaba which are really famous and open till late in the Night.

Hostel Facilities

5

Wifi facilities, hot spring water , 24*7 library, affordable hostel, good mess with variety of dishes with great hygiene, registration process is very smooth and one can get accomodation easily, overall very good campus.

Admission

My name is Rishu Kumar learning GERMAN language here in JNU. I got the addmission this year itself, before this i was a student of CENTRAL HINDU BOYS SCHOOL (BHU). That is also a really great school gives you many opportunities.

Other Applied Colleges

Banaras Hindu University - [BHU] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Social Science)

Because JNU has the better name and facilities in comparison of BHU

Course Curriculum Overview:

It DU, so i think for many students it comes down to if you are able to make it to cutt off list. So my decision was based on it. I cleared the cutt off list for english hons so i took it. I wanted to make my way for govt job, so it was all about getting a degree regardless of what subject i was getting. I think curriculum just make you educated enough to get to know but its the college life that make you come face to face with the real world. exams every 6 months i.e every semester i think its good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like Human Geography which let me to opt for this paper. Besides theory papers, we also have practical papers every semester through which we conduct surveys, interviews, research which helps us in preparing for the real world applications as well as further academic pursuits if we want to go in the field of Remote sensing or GIS. I feel that for papers including research or management, we should be showcasing how we can mitigate them or adapt in such scenarios and also make drafts for writing a research for further pursuits. However, as the time is limited it is quite understandable as to why its not conducted. We have two exams in a year and they are quite relevant and easy
