Remarks

I have got admission here by passing the keam entrance exam which includes paper 1 chemistry and Physics and paper 2 Mathematics. Its eligibility is securing above 50% in class twelve with the science stream.

Course Curriculum Overview

BTech food technology offers scopes and opportunities in various fields related to the food business, food production, food quality control, food safety, etc. The faculty members were highly qualified and maintained a better education system. Exams are on time.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have 75000 rupees as my merit seat tution fee and a hike in exam fee as 7500 additional for exam registration from the second year onwards. Many scholarships are available for BTech students like NSP, MCM, etc. For those who don't have any backlogs.

Campus Life

A lot of activities and programs are held at our college on special days. They arranged food fest, tech fest, various workshops, conference classes, seminars, and arts programs such as Tharangam, Regalia, etc. The books are there in the college library.

An honest college review

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for placements. The top recruiters in it sectors are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Accenture, Oracle, Amazon, Wipro, UST GLOBAL, IBM. The top recruiters in other sectors are Mu Sigma, Ernst and young,, federal Bank, h and r block. Most of the placement are in it and related sectors. The average package is 4 to 6 lpa.The highest package is 34 lpa in Amazon. In 2024, 35 percent of students got placed. I will look to get campus placement in a reasonable package or I will try to get jobs by other means.

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7.
