Remarks

I have been admitted through merit seat by keam exam. Eligibility for writing keam exam securing more than 50percentage in class 12. The cut-off marks are slightly lower set at 40 per cent. candidate must obtain a minimum of 50 per cent marks

There are 1000 scopes and opportunities in different positions in food technology. This course opens you up to take up jobs across the world by working as a food safety officer, food quality controller, food business etc.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships like MCM, and NSP help students to cover their tuition fees and other educational cost. The merit student can avail scholarship amount of 25000 for those who don't have any backlog. I have 75,000rs on tuition fees.

Campus Life

Our college conduct workshop, tech fest, food fest, arts, conference class, sports, and seminar for 2, to 3 days by giving students opportunities to participate in everything. Our college provides an opportunity to a student in career, studies as well as entertainment.

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.
