Likes

- In my case, the course I'm persuing is BCA. It is a much flexible and cost effective one
- Faculty and teachers are friendly and cooperative
Dislikes
- Placement opportunities are good but they range on a medium level salary only
- Security guards are sometimes rude which they must not do
Course Curriculum Overview
The reason I basically joined the BCA course is because I always wanted to be in the software industry and come from a commerce background. this was the appropriate one. The faculty-to-student ratio is impressive. The faculty members and professors are very well qualified and dedicated to the study.
Internships Opportunities
There are a lot of placement drives in the college. Students have received jobs in TCS also doing their internships from not only TCS but also for big companies like Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike policy is subtle and according to norms, the cost of the study is around 120000 rupees per year. I've not taken any scholarship so far and I'm now in my first year of college so didn't receive any job opportunities.
Campus Life
So far, there is not much known in detail about the annual fest but we do have a tech fest which happened a couple of months ago. There is a good collection of books and various study materials and the library is also well-established. There is a basketball court, and a football field present on the campus. There are quite a few clubs basically coding clubs such as SKEPSIS, GDSC, NSCC, etc which are mostly coding-oriented.
Admission
The admission process was basically done by counseling and then the registration form was submitted. Then again the other formalities were done. such as logging in to TCS ion, etc. The basic requirement for taking admission for a BCA degree is that the candidate must have either mathematics or computer science or both in their 11 and 12. As per the application form.. it can be found on the official website of SNU
