Likes

Infrastructure of this college is always a plus point as it is beter than most of the colleges of Du.
It is equipped with all basic facilities such which you will need as a student with a gym.
A research lab is there for computer science students in which students work on different on going projects.

Dislikes

It's campus is small as compared to other Du colleges.
Playground is not large enough but it is satisfactory.

Our course is well designed to study computer science. It covers some most popular languages like Python, C, C++, Computer architecture, etc. Faulty here is too good, they just do not teach the syllabus but also guide us for different fields which we want to pursue.

Internship offers from various companies come on a daily basis in the Ramanujan community group including both on-location and work-from-home type work. You can definitely get an internship if you have the minimum qualifications for the given internship

Placement Experience

Placements offered here are average starting from 3Lpa to 6 Lpa but if you go for off-campus placements you will definitely get a much better package than those offered here by the companies. Students become eligible for on-campus placements after 2/3 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for our course is 33500 which is the highest for any course in our college. Fee for other courses are more likely less than our course. Our college also provides scholarships and fee waivers for needy students.

Campus Life

There are various sports opportunities in our college, with many clubs and societies which like dancing, singing, etc. Porta cabin classes are the same as most of the du colleges but classes in the main building are all equipped with ACs.

Admission

The admission process was so simple. We filled out our cuet form in March and then we gave our cuet exams in May and June. We got our scorecards in July and then we got our csas portal open. I got Keshav Mahavidyalaya in the first cutoff for the same course and then I opted for an upgrade and got Ramanujan College in the second allocation round for Cs honors.

Hansraj College: A 3 Dimensional Review

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Life in RAMJAS

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. Exams are usually moderate to difficult because questions are concept?based, but the pattern is fair and gives weightage to assignments, tutorials and attendance. This college isn't what I chose first of all. It's based on nta's allocation system in accordance to your cuet scores. The other colleges like srcc might outperform my College in terms of sheer placements and exposure to real world. No there's no rejection system under cuet.
