Divine into college

I chose Computer science engineering because I have been interested in this since school time and I also want to explore and check my capabilities. The faculties in my college are very supportive, but not all of them are supportive, Talking about exams, in a semester we have two exams one is mid-semester and the other is end-semester, and it's not too difficult to pass.

As I am from computer science engineering, there are many companies visiting our college for internship. These companies are of different job profiles like software engineer web developer finance etc. Knowledge is important for an internship but the knowledge itself is not satisfactory, communication skills play a vital role in an internship. Projects are the assets you own, and these assets help you while grabbing an internship.

After the 7th sem, students are eligible for placement. There are several companies visiting our College, the data is more precisely given on our college website and the placement percentage is also good. Our highest package is 1.2 crore offered by Amazon and the average package of my stream is 16.4 lac also the percentage of students placed is above 90 percent. My plans after getting my degree are to be placed in a good company and gain some experience and then go for a startup.

The fee structure of my stream is descent as I come from a family economic background which has an income of 4.5 lac per annum, and there is a scholarship for general students if their income is less than 5 lac and above 1 lac, but for the ST / SC students academic fees is 0.

The campus of my college is not too wide, but it satisfies the basic requirements of an institute. Campus Life is good in my college there are two annual fests in our college one is UTKANSH and the other is TECHNITI these fests are 3 days long and there is a Sports fest for athletics. Other smaller fests are held on a regular basis according to the clubs like HACKATHON, REGIONAL CLUB, etc. Sports facilities are not that much good in our college, and the administration also doesn't take that much interest in this section. The central library is there and the condition of the library is good.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. But the good thing is there is a separate hostel for 1st-year students so that ragging should not occur. Afterward, 2nd year and 3rd years have a common hostel so that they have some bond and seniors share their experience with juniors. If anyone is not fond on the hostel they can take rooms in Bedhipur and Maqsudan.

The admission process was simple we just had to take the JEE exam and which requires a minimum of 75 percent in the 12th class, but the thing is there is reservation in this process, so the general candidates have to suffer a lot. After giving exam there is a percentile score given and AIR is allotted to each and every candidate, based on this we can fill out the college list and take admission. The improvement I need in this process is that reservation criteria should not continue.
