Only eatery good is NESCAFE. The food quality is just wow

Dislikes

The faculty is very strict and holding too attitude despite the performances.
College location is very remote which makes it very uncomfortable for the students to travel

I chose this course because I wanted to be a computer science engineer. The faculty-to-student ratio is medium. Some faculty members are quite well while some have blank faces and unfriendly

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, and PayPal came this year for placements though Oracle took almost all the girls' students for placements. The average package is around 15lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarships for SC/st and gen AWS students but no relaxation for general students. This year very few companies are coming to college due to which quite good people are left for placement

Campus Life

There are various clubs in our college from organising events to photography, from dancing to singing, from promoting the college to raising awareness in the college. Classrooms are equipped with air conditioners while tutorial rooms are not making it unbearable during Summers

Hostel Facilities

Rooms in hostel have a table, chair,two beds Meal is mostly good while sometimes it become worst . there's a detailed menu mentioned in mess which gives idea what will be there in mess on what days .

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

The admission process was smooth though it took a lot of time. I gave JEE mains in 2022 and got 98.9 percentile. The cutoff for CSE in NITJ depends on reservation as there are few people with no knowledge about pcm and with very low ranks still able to sit in CSE

A student's perspective for his college

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Course Curriculum Overview:

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

When I'm in NITJ see what I got.

Placement Experience:

I think from 5th or 6th semester students can able to eligible for placement. Don't know exact data about the company company coming but there is good placement rate. 1.3CR highest package this year branch chemical engineering. In my Branch ICE there is more than 95% placement rate.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
