Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Currently, I am pursuing a BTech in Computer Science Engineering. I chose this course because I have an interest in Computer Science Engineering. Don't Listen to others' words, Just focus on your thoughts and choose your course based on your Interests only. Faculty Student ratio is pretty good as 50+ qualified professors and approx 1000 students. The faculty were highly qualified and talented. They all encourage student-teacher interaction so that the student can develop himself in his particular course. Here we can collaborate with professors for research and projects. Faculty are always free-minded they always encourage doubts. For each semester there will be 2 quizzes(for each subject in the sem), mid-semester exams and end-semester exams. sem duration will be 4-5 months only. If you study for 2 hours a day, it will be easy and een you can score 8+cpi easily. The Difficulty of passing will depend on you.

Internships Opportunities

4

Gameskraft, Amazon, Atlassian, Infoedge, Zs associates, Teikon, Increff, Infoedge (Monster.com), Broadridge, Bharat Electronics etc. Internships were offered. There are projects within the courses. Faculty members will help in all aspects to complete them.

Placement Experience

from the 6th sem onwards students will be eligible for placements. Gameskraft, amAzon, Atlassian, z scaler etc. approximately hit 250+ placements offers. The highest as of now is 1.2cr per annum and the average is 17 lakhs per annum. Approxa90% of students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure is good. It may increase for upcoming batches. Tution fee includes 1,25,000 per semester. The hostel fee includes 12500. The mess fee will be 130 rupees per day. cost to study is worth it. I have applied for the loan. currently, I am in my 3rd semester hence I don't have a job.

Campus Life

3

Annual Fest is YUVAAN here. every Yuvaan was celebrated in our institute. Dont, n't expect very high about this fest as of now the fests were celebrated but not in a big manner when compared to IITs and NITs. Tech Fest is Entropy here. Books will be available in the library. They have some really good stuff here in their library. The classrooms were superb. Those classrooms were well maintained. Sports were not up to the mark. They are currently working on sports facilities. As of now, there is a ground where you can play volleyball, cricket, and football. There are many clubsso that you can participate and enjoy. Tarang music club, D dazzlers dance club, programming club and many more for arts, literary works, and movies. Here for girls especially, there is a club called girl empowerment group (GEG). campus life will be good enough.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostels were very good when compared to many iits and nits and iiits.2 tables one ceiling fan and one table fan, double bed(up and down).mess is not up to the mark sometimes good sometimes bad. The mess was negative for this institute. But you can manage I hope. registration process will be revealed and all information will be given once the admission is confirmed.

Admission

Eligibility will be based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains. You have to appear for JEE mains which was conducted every year by NTA. One can apply for JEE through their official website. The fee will vary on your reservation benefits. For SC/ST/PWD It will be around 650 for both males and females. Gen, EWS, OBC[NCL] it will be around 1300 for males and 650 for females. Reservation Benefits here will play a key role as they provide different cutouts for different reservations and some seats can be attained through their reservation quota. Some seats in IITs, NITs, and IIITs were reserved for reservation quotas like SC/ST.NOTE: If you want to acquire a seat in IIT'S you have to to appear for Jee Advance. The placements here are actually decent. The average package for my branch was around 13.5 LPA last year and branches like CSE, EC and EI have a higher average package generally. The campus is visited by almost all of the top companies including Google, Adobe, Facebook, etc. The detailed placement records are available on the website of the institute. The percentage of students getting placed ranges anywhere between 70 percent to 92 percent. I plan to get an M.Tech degree after completing my B.Tech course from an IIT if possible.
