Remarks

This is a really good college to be studying Engineering in the city as it has one of the best teaching faculties and gives a lot of exposure to it students which will help them Excel

Entrance for this college is through CET comet k or through any other modes such as the payment seat but the CET fees is less compared to the other two modes of admission to this college

Course Curriculum Overview

I have taken up bachelor of engineering in this college and I find it really good college to complete my education and become a good engineer in the future and have a good name

Internships Opportunities

There is no internship for the students studying engineering as such because the curriculum does not permit the students to take up an internship due to its vast syllabus

Placement Experience

A placement recruitment rally takes place every year for the students in the final year of their curriculum and they can benefit from it by performing really well in the recruitment rally

The fee structure for this college is dependent upon the mode of admission that you choose to take up and diseases around 25k for the CET admissions and the comet k is around 1.5 Lakh

Placement Experience:

After the 6th sem the students are allowed for internships and can go for placement campus selection or off campus placement and the avg goes to 6.5 to 7 lpa which is quite decent and good percentage of students get placed every year

Course curriculum is outdated to be very honest. It needs to be changed as soon as possible. Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi need to change their curriculum as soon as possible because in the era of Artificial intelligence we are lagging behind and this traditional syllabus need to be scraped out and make from scratch from industry experts. The placements of our college was excellent. Students are eligible for placements after 6th semester . Highest package was 55 LPA Average package was 15 LPA Percentage of students getting placement was around 85 to 90 percent

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year,students start preparing for internships. Companies like Accenture,Wipro,etc. visits the campus (through senior info). For amazon, we are told that they don't visit the campus for internship and placement, so we have to do it off-campus. The highest package offered is 53.5LPA. and the average package is 6.5LPA. My plans after getting the degree is to get a job first and after gaining experience, further achieve higher studies.

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
