Likes

Heritage building which is good to see all of the students like it. It is the mining department.
Library it is the India largest library the environment is good to read.
Nlhc the classes will be conducted here the classes are big .

Dislikes

Meals some days food will be not so good it becomes hard that day.
Labs are not so much good there are many equipment will not be available.
Outside of Dhanbad it is not so much good and it takes long journey from home.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Electronics and communication engineering. I am interested in it so I choose the course. The faculty is excellent. They give a brief explanation of every topic. After completing one and half months there will be mid-semester and after one and half month end semester.

Class Size: 138Course Fees: INR 61000 per year

Internships Opportunities

If you have good skills and cgpa you can get internships. In the month of July, the internship starts. The companies provide a decent stipend. The students perform well in internships they get a preplacement offer.

Placement Experience

College placements are there it starts in September and ends in April most of the students get the placements. If you have a good cgpa and skills. Our college placement growth is growing. For sde roles, students apply more.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to a category, there will be fees. Every year some amount of fees will be increasing and we will get the scholarship for bc oc students mcm scholarship it will be given by the college for sc st students they will get nsp scholarship.

Campus Life

Yes, we have lower ground and upper ground. In lower ground athletes and football will be played in upper ground cricket and hockey. In the sac, other sports will be played. Many clubs are there. According to the student interest they join.

Hostel Facilities

The meals are good. For South students, it becomes difficult because we are glad to eat spicy food but here it will not be spicy. Rooms are good there are separate hostels for each year student. Final years have single room.

Hostel Fee: INR 16000 per year

Admission

We have to write jee mains entrance exam. We have to qualify for it then there will be another entrance exam jee advanced. After getting a good rank you have to opt for college in jossa Counseling. There is an available reservation also.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

The Underrated NIAMT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after 6th semester for placement drive. Companies visited are Vedanta, JSW, Mahinda, L&T, Ashok Leyland etc and 95% of students are placed till and still few companies are yet to come. Heighest package offered was by Vedanta of 13.95LPA while lowest was from an ADC Company of 3LPA which makes the median package around 8LPA for metallurgy branch and 7LPA for Mechanical. Every year around 98% of students get placed ( Rest 2% either opt out or any seruius indisciplinary issue ) Planning to get a job first then along with preparation of GATE for PSU.

Placement Experience:

on every occasion they will charge the students, there is no good placement, every year they increase the exam fee, students are not regular its poor then government colleges just pay penalty and your attention will be full, its like correspondence course they are running huge but and regular power cuts unhealthy canteens, political motivated administration and management. There expenditure in infrastructure is huge which is best for love birds its like park or garden. Overall all not dedicated to education.

A two years review of Central University of Jharkhand

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculise fully designed on national education policy 2020. Focuses more on extracurricular activities than core subjects. Because reply is designed on the basis of UGC guidelines which is a good thing for different competitive exams that are design by UGC. I will say semesters are to short that all till now my all four semesters has been glitter in about 4 months each that should be of duration of 6 months.

Must Read before coming to IIT ISM Dhanbad

I had secured AIR 5860 in JEE Advanced, so i had applied for all CSE, ECE, ELECTRICAL, MNC and related branches in Top IITs. For my rank, I got IIT ISM Dhanbad in the last round. I had also got IIT Kharagpur Manufacturing Science, but I choosed to go for furture rounds as i thought doing a circuit branch in IITs is better. I could not make it to colleges that i wanted to as my rank was 5860 and belonging to the GENERAL category, the rank is too high to get into top branches of the top 7 IITS. The admission process is JEE Advanced, Elgibility is that u need to have good rank in JEE Advanced, the rank required varies from branch to branch but i can give you and idea, for our IIT ISM, CSE -> 2000 to 3500, MNC -> 3500 to 4500 , ECE -> 4500 to 6000 and so on....Read More
