"NIT Jalandhar - A Remarkable Journey"

I am interested in this course due to the scope of software engineering in the future. Software Engineers get highly paid jobs although I fund faculty is good a 10 faculty member for all years with the strength of 120 students in the class. after coming here you have to pass the term exams (mid and endsem).

Many companies around 20-22 companies visit the college for internships among these various top MNCs like Microsoft Google Amazon Adobe Salesforce Infosys came and conduct a coding test as the first round and then an interview round for those who clear coding test and sometimes companies provide PPO (Pre Placement Offer) to brilliant students. So for internship opportunities and placements, you should go through development projects in various development languages and go deep through DSA and its practice i.e. is very must.

The placements of national institutes are good. Now As compared to our college, it comes in the top 10 NITs so placements in non-core branches are very good like Computer Science and Information Technology also in core branches ECE has good placements. The average package of these three branches varies. 14-17 LPA. Also, 90% of students from these branches got placements. if you get good placements then plan after getting a degree is a dream job in top MNCs. like Google Amazon Microsoft Salesforce etc these companies also provide internships and ppo opportunities to students of 3rd year and 4th years so you are eligible in 3rd year.

It's a government college so everyone can afford its fees also you can get a loan easily for this institute as it's a reputed college and SC/ST and students whose annual income is less than 1 lakh are free from tuition fees and only have to pay only curriculum fee or annual fee. so approx 50k is a fee for those students for the whole semester including mess and hostels i.e 1 lakh/year.

Campus life is very enjoyable with college friends and activities held every year. Various fests like Techniti and Utkansh in winter. sports tournaments in both summer and winter.Bharat Dhwani in summer. Air-conditioned classrooms well furnished. various clubs like dancing clubs photography clubs etc.

You should apply for JEE MAINS Exam and score a good percentile and a good rank in that exam then you are eligible to apply for NIT colleges for my course it varies for different categories - Gen - 9k AIR.
