Agriculture is the economy nowadays, I think choosing this course can give me the better opportunity There are approx 1000 teachers and almost 10000 students in the university Most of them already completed their M.Sc degree Exams 2 internal and 1 end sem conducted

Your fee structure depend on the marks you get on the H.S. Vidyalankar scholarships can reduce your tuition fees up to 50%, there is also an early bird offer that gives 10000 off extra, also another scholarship also available

Campus Life

My campus life experience is awesome, I am in now 2nd year, already enjoyed the annual fest in May. There are books available that you need for the academics All required things that required for students are available All sports like cricket, and football conducted I have no idea

Admission

This course is eligible for 12 passed science students. You can find the form on the website or you can directly contact the admission department There are no extra benefits I think. I don't think so any needed

Something is better than nothing

Course Curriculum Overview:

Seat limit has been decreased into a little amount.So, getting chance is more difficult .there are 3 faculties agriculture, horticulture, agriculture engineering.In agriculture faculty so many departments are there ,but seat limit is less.In total seat,80%is for domicile students of West Bengal and 20%for icar accredited university students.In that 80% 70% for university home students and 10% for rest of the domicile students.

The exam was divided into 3 parts I.e 1st mock (15) marks,2nd mock(15 mark) and then final (50mark) and rest 20 mark as practiCal and field work.the students who do class regularly,is easy to pass because teachers are awesome..but if anyone miss class then it's hard to understand by reading books. The guard during exam is too hard..so those students who read concentrately are passed easily .. and those who don't read whole year and only read exam night they failed..

I applied for Adams University and then techno India University but everyone said this university is better than those universities so I applied for this university and it is truly great rather than other universities. You need to hold at least 60% on your last board exam in order to get admission in this university there is no admission exam required for take admission into this university you just need to hold a secure marks in your last board exam and you are eligible to apply for this university....Read More

MY BRAINWARE

Addmission process was quite good, as eligibility of the course only 60 students can be admitted in these course. There is a minimum requirement of 60%marks in the 12th , directly come to the college for addmission related queries, it is very good feature that you can fill the form up online.
