Course Curriculum Overview

I choose my course because of the number of job opportunities. Our faculty members are our true guides and help in every aspect. Even as our mentor. We have a very close relationship with our teachers. Some faculty members are pursuing PhD in the respected field and some are doctorates. Semester exams are conducted and 2 class test in every semester. Passing that exam is quite tough to compete. But if we know the basis we can write something of it and with teacher guidance we complete the syllabus before exams easily. We haven't faced difficulties.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 379000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees of the course BSc hon. Agriculture is 379000 in 4 years. Based on marks scored in class 12, discounts are applied. Government scholarships are also applicable over here. Many students got scholarships while pursuing the course. Teachers are very supportive. Encourage every child.

Campus Life

The annual fest is conducted in summer time mainly from April to May called Anandadhara. We have in total 4-5 libraries in our university. Allocated for different departments. Every course book is available other than that newspaper, general knowledge books, science fiction books, and language books of different cultures and languages are available. Many clubs are also made for performance purpose on occasion. Annual sports are also conducted. Facebook and Instagram pages are made by students for the students.

Admission

Students should be 12 pass and from a science background. We got all the information from a university website about all the dates of admission fees etc. Scholarships are also based on marks scored in class 12. And government scholarships are also applicable over here. For admission, it would take an entrance test of every child. Then the further process will go on. It won't take a longer time for admission. An online admission process is also available.

Something is better than nothing

Course Curriculum Overview:

Seat limit has been decreased into a little amount.So, getting chance is more difficult .there are 3 faculties agriculture, horticulture, agriculture engineering.In agriculture faculty so many departments are there ,but seat limit is less.In total seat,80%is for domicile students of West Bengal and 20%for icar accredited university students.In that 80% 70% for university home students and 10% for rest of the domicile students.

The exam was divided into 3 parts I.e 1st mock (15) marks,2nd mock(15 mark) and then final (50mark) and rest 20 mark as practiCal and field work.the students who do class regularly,is easy to pass because teachers are awesome..but if anyone miss class then it's hard to understand by reading books. The guard during exam is too hard..so those students who read concentrately are passed easily .. and those who don't read whole year and only read exam night they failed..

I applied for Adams University and then techno India University but everyone said this university is better than those universities so I applied for this university and it is truly great rather than other universities. MY BRAINWARE

Addmission process was quite good, as eligibility of the course only 60 students can be admitted in these course. There is a minimum requirement of 60%marks in the 12th , directly come to the college for addmission related queries, it is very good feature that you can fill the form up online.
