Course Curriculum Overview

This college is very good. The faculty is very good, and the students in my class are 100. The teachers and faculty are very good, highly educated, and studied at a very high college. Teachers are overall very intelligent.

Internships Opportunities

There are many types of internships that are given to the students in the college. The internship start from our first year onwards the colleges, college do also help us to get the internships the college play a major role in giving us the internships locally as well as outside the outside of the state.

Placement Experience

After the fifth semester, the students in our college are eligible for the placement. The companies visited in our college or many companies which is our college Infosys Google, Microsoft and et cetera percentage of a student getting placement. You have colleges around 75 percent.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this college are very low and I have also gotten a scholarship in this college because of my category which is a C category. We get very good types of scholarships in this college and financial assistance in this college is very good. We're getting a high average of package. Many companies are also visiting our college for the placement.

Campus Life

How many introduced in our college and text first or also celebrated in our college in the month of June and July and also in the month of November and October infrastructure of this policy is very good availability of books and journals. In cricket, every type of book in the library, and the extracurricular of this college are also very good. We get to play a very major type of game.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities provided in the room with there are five students in a single room and we get five tables with five chairs. The electricity is provided 24×7 in the room and we get a charging port is available and Wi-Fi is also available which is in good I think you should join this college as it is a very good. I will first of things also very good.

Admission

I have cleared jee mains exam for getting admission to nit srinagar. Which is a very beautiful college. I love this college very much and the teachers are very intelligent and inspiring. The infrastructure is very good and the college is very cool.

NIT Sringar is beautiful!!

Placement Experience:

Marshal the placement resources so well that our college has close to 90% placement records. Siemens, ABB and such companies where ECE engineers can contribute are the companies that hires us and the average for our ECE branch is 6 lakhs or so.

Is Nit Srinagar worth it?

Placement Experience:

Yes my college offers placements for each branch students becomes eligible after sixth semester if they doent have any active supply in there course and very company have their own criteria to make eligble to the student for placements like cgpa etc. companies visited in civil was L&T, Tata steel, Jsw, Afcon etc and the average package was 6 lakh every company brought diffrent no. of offers average was 5 in civil highest package got to mine class crc of 1300000 that was a psu and the percentage of students got placed was 10% only. mine plans after was to prepare for goverments exams.

There are in campus placements in our university. Students become eligible for the same from 7th semester. Companies like IBM, AMAZON, WIPRO, INFOSYS, DELOITTE, CGEGG, HONDA, NTPC, ACCENTURE are the top recruiters. The highest package was of 36.5 LPA and the average is 11.5LPA in the year 2023. Our institute has a placement call, and it helps the students acquire jobs in the industry. Many top companies like Wipro, L and T, and NVIDIA visit our campus, and it provides jobs in every field from Information Tech. to Material-related jobs. Here job opportunities are for every branch. Recently in one day 30-40 students got placed at an average package of 10 LPA. Most of the opportunities are for CSE and IT students as it goes for every institute and some companies like GAIL, and IOCL. BARC gives internship opportunities to chemical branches too. The core branches like Electrical and Mechanical also perform well in the placements. From the 7th semester, placement opportunities are given to the students. Highest package 40 LPA and median package 10 LPA.

Admission:

First apply for jee mains exam and get a rank under 50000 and also minimum 75% marks in 12th exam and you have only three attempt to qualify jee mains exam if you clear the cutoff so you also eligible for jee advance exam for the admission in IIT

Remarks:

The university is situated in the Trikuta foothills and is 80 km away from the main Jammu city so one has to bear that because everything is not available sometimes. Electricity is 24×7 and the weather is awesome.

Is Nit Srinagar worth it?

I got this college on the basis of councellign held after jee main result before this i got Natinal institue of technology Megalya i left that beacuse of non permanent hostel facility and bad reviews from the seniors and the distance from mine hoemtown sikar(Rajasthan) even many good engineerig colleges was there in mine list but because of mine less marks in jee main and advance i am unable to get them (example : nit silchar, nit Wrangle, nit Trichy etc) but over all mine college was good according to Enviroment conditions and other parameters and the admission process was very smooth just you have to verify your documents ....Read More

As we all know that the B.Tech course is of four years and divided into eight semesters. It is offereed across 8 different specialisations including /cse, /ee, ECE, MEC, META, CIVIL, IT /cHE . The course admission is done on the basis of candidate's performance in JEE Main followed by JOSSA counselling/CSAB counselling. The allotment is donw on the basis of merit score in Je/e Main. The Eligibility Criteria is that the candiddate must qualify JEE Main and score above 75% marks in 12th. A score of 96 - 97 p;ercentile is enough for an OB/C or General student and 93% -90 perccentile for SC / ST students.
