Many social groups having expertise in dance, singing, photography, and art and culture are there like abhinartan, udan and Tarang, and much more.

Admission

I got admission to this university through the central university entrance exam and I got my name in the first merit list in the OBC category. The improvement I think of merit holders must be given priority rather than open counseling ones.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Talking about the curriculam, when I was taking admission here, a pdf was mailed to me which consisted of the course and curriculam of the B.A. Journalism & Mass Communication. As I gone through it, I was surprised that the syllabus was up-to-date with the current standards of the media industry. After spending 3 year of my adacemic life here at Amity, I learnt a lot of things, which I personally take advantage of in my professional life. I don't see any update required for the current course and syllabus. Talking about the exams and their frequency, we used to have a mid-term examination and an end-term examination every semester. These examinations were very responsible for our development.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the final semester onwards. Renowned companies such as Dainik Bhaskar and Navbharat Times visit the campus, offering placements to smart and bright students. The average salary offered is 40,000 monthly, with the highest package reaching 7 lakh per annum. The placement rate stands at around 40%. For those not immediately placed, the college provides support for employability. Personally, I plan to pursue further studies or explore internship opportunities to gain practical experience in my field of interest.
