Campus Life
My campus life experience has been enriching, with diverse social activities, club involvement, and excellent infrastructure. Annual and technical festivals like the GGV Annual Fest in March and events like the NAMO Carnival offer platforms for talent showcasing. Classrooms are equipped with modern technology, including projectors and smart boards, while sports and extracurricular activities are regularly organized. Various clubs, like Chitrakala, cater to diverse interests, fostering community and personal growth. Overall, my campus experience has been vibrant, inclusive, and conducive to holistic development.
Admission
The admission process at our college is primarily based on the All India level exam known as CUET, held once a year. The application process typically begins between January and February. Cut-offs vary according to categories, with seats allocated accordingly - for general, it's typically above 80%, OBC between 70-80%, and the remaining for ST and SC categories. The difficulty level of the exam is comparable to board exams. Eligibility criteria are communicated through the university's official website. However, one aspect that could be improved is the communication regarding the admission process timeline, as it starts after the announcement of results between July and August, which might lead to confusion or delay for some applicants.
