The campus is very beautiful and best place to relax and study.
The hostel are very good and comfortable.

Extra classes during holidays is sometimes not good.

I chose this course because it was interesting. The faculty here is very good at teaching and also very helpful. Their teaching methods are the latest and they are highly qualified. We have one mid-term exam and one end sem exam. Their difficulty rate is moderate.

Class Size: 91Course Fees: INR 88000 per year

Placement Experience

Students get placement in the third and fourth years. The placement varies according to different branches. ECE has the highest placed students from our college which is 2 crore per annum. I am preparing for a job in the technical field which is to become a software developer.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee for one sem is 88000 rupees followed by 25500 for hostel and mess for economically stable students for the general category. This is variable according to category and economic conditions. There are also various scholarships provided by our college.

Campus Life

There is a cultural fest and a technical fest that allows students to showcase their skills. There are various clubs and societies that allow people to spend time with like-minded people and learn something from them.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel here is very nice. The quality of food and dessert provided at the mess is also very good and healthy. The registration process however takes time due to the large quantity of students but it is managed by the people working here.

Admission

I prepared for jee mains and I successfully qualified it. and I got into this college in counseling. The course I am doing is BTech in the civil engineering field. It's a 4-year program. All the information regarding admission was present on the official website of our college. I did not get any reservation benefits as I belong to the general category. The admission process was long so we had our 1st sem of only 3 months which created a problem for us.

The curriculum changes as per the need of the industry norms so that student can attain knowledge about the basics as well as the niche technologies.This is the aspect to choose the course and the lab work and continuous competitions help us with the industry trends. The management could be improved. The frequency of exams help us learn well and difficulty is between easy to medium.

A life in my college.

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

The course curriculum is interactive and have added various new thing like in the engineering graphics subject they have added the software like autocad instead of traditional drawings... Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
