Dislikes

The account section they work really slow and there slogen is like come tomorrow
The parking theme the two wheelers are not allowed inside the campt
The canteen maintain the food is also bad

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties and very good and all are well experienced and they will help the students in any situation and timings of college is from 8 in the morning and till 5. And 75% attendance is compulsory to get exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

The is very less as it is the government institute and all scholarship are allowed in college like ssp and all. Many companies will come once after the course is completed we can easily get campus selection.

Campus Life

The library is so big and all the books related to course is available. And daily newspaper and education magazine are also available. Every year there will be a annual function called CHAITRA that will be for 5 function including 1months sports activities. First day cluture day second day formal days thrid day celebraty day and fourth is singers day

Admission

There is no any entrance exam there will be direct select from CET authority only and then document verification. First we have to get qualification marks in CET exam and then we have to undergo selection rounds then if we get select in UBDT then direct we have to attend document verification process after that admission and classes will start

A mini heaven on earth called NITK

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Mtech Thermal Engineering because I was interested in thermal subjects like Fluid mechanics, Heat transfer, CFD. The Curriculum is pretty decent and it does covers the fundamentals and advanced topics of the particular subject but it could be better in terms of imparting practical and industrial knowledge. The exams that are held in NITK are competitive and requires a good understanding of the subject. You simply cannot cram and get good marks in exam. You have to know the proper implementation of that particular formula or theory.

So basically the college which I am in very popular and very good back in the days people from other states used to come and study here and it was one of the good colleges in North Karnataka because the experience faculty was good and people had knowledge but now as we know the the stream computer science and other branches are booming and the AI is booming so the new faculty people need to catch up on it and the reason I couldn't go to other colleges is because of my ranking so get good result in your 12th and kcet n comedk due to which I couldn't go to other colleges...Read More
