Atmostphere is very good for a new student to get attached.
Students who like research ,its very helpful .
Nice students well disciplined and well behaved.

Dislikes

I did not like the girls hostel restrictions.
I did not like the gated strict entry for going out.
I did not like where there is still some divisions between girls and boys.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen the course because there is great placments in amrita.Faculty assure the students are taken well care in academics.Mtech and phd completed teachers are there to assist students.In 6 months there are 2 periodicals and 1 endsem with internals.If study can pass else fail.

I thank amrita for giving me this amazing carreer that i deserve.I completed my btech in cse this year 2023 passout .Got placed in bank of america with an average package of 9.The computer science placement is high compared to other branch.

Campus Life

The annual tech fest of our college is very famous among india.Vidyut 23 is just now finished which was a huge succes in terms of workshop,arts and sports.Classrooms have smart board and every other neccesssary facilities.

Admission

To pursue a Btech degree complete the 12th with a minimum percentage of 65 and get a good marks in AEEE entrance exam.The application form,application fees and application dates are in amrita official website admission section.No reservation.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

We do have an entrance exam which is AEEE which I had in the online mode because of covid otherwise it is offline. Students are also admitted on the basis of their jee mains percentile also there exists a management quota.
