Remarks

My Cousins, my sister and so many friends studied and passed out from the college. Everyone has nice feedback about the college, it's faculties, it's atmosphere, it's placements etc. Admission process includes an Entrance exam of Amrita and also considers the marks of jee.

Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the course curriculum is required and beneficial but some of the subject like life skills, History, Environmental science, Amrita Value Program is not actually required for the engineering syllabus

Placement Experience

Campus placements are good compared to other colleges. One of the main points about the placement is that almost 80 percent of the students will be placed by the end of the 6th and beginning of the 7th semester.

Campus Life

There are many functions celebrated in the college throughout the year and the Mian tech fest include the Vidyut. We also celebrate our beloved Amma's Birthday on the last week of September. We also celebrate Independence Day, Navratri, Dussehra, Onam etc with great participation ond students and faculties.

Hostel Facilities

We will get a bed that's has three compartments to store clothes, books and other stuffs. We also get a table with shelf, Electric plug point, Free Wifi etc in a room for each student. Food is actually good but the issue is they keep the same menu throughout the year repeatin in a factor week. Some of the days the food tastes awful.

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

Faculty

1:64 Some faculties are good and friendly with the students and we understand the topics covered by them easily. Some are not good as expected and some are bit too arrogant and also we can't understand.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Amrita from the eyes of a first year

We do have an entrance exam which is AEEE which I had in the online mode because of covid otherwise it is offline. Students are also admitted on the basis of their jee mains percentile also there exists a management quota.
