- The faculty of my college is really good as they are a research scholar and they have PhD and many departments and they are still researching in our college. There are more and more research projects starting Every year
- Students get a chance to be in it, and the most beneficial thing I came to know of my colleges The clubs that are in my college, they give you hands on experience with the practical world and practical problems solving of the world
- AMRITA way of teaching is mostly problem-solving way as it basically focus on solving world problems and give you practical knowledge and experience so that you can go out in the real world and in whatever field, you are, you can excel
Dislikes
- The only thing I disliked about my college is like not dislike, but it’s still very strict and there is an orthodox thing going around in the campus. People are have secured, secured minds and anything else is all fine.
- You can visit the campus any time to see that traditions that are being followed, specially the traditions of Hindus. S) prevailed. Don’t mind it as I am a Hindu, but I guess some people might mind it of other religion.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and curriculum of the college are according to the modern requirements as it covers from the old traditional electrical and electronics engineering to the most advanced AI and ML has really good clubs that help you build your coding portfolio and land your good job in MNCs and they prepare well for the rat race as they do traditionally, but with all the modern equipment installed itself in the laboratories and the modern way of teaching, they follow, but with a traditional way of discipline
Placement Experience
The student get eligible from the sixth semester to placement exams, and the companies visiting or Wipro, IBM, and many other MNCs, such as KPMG Sai security for chartered Bank and other banks as well. The AI animal gets place in Runaway AI charge PDAI and there are a lot of government placements as well as their options for getting trained for Indian Administrative service
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for general category. CSE students is five lakh per annum, and those with scholarships have separate scholarship slaps based on whatever marks they get entrance exam. The fees category for electrical students starts from 2.5 lakhs and it goes down till one lakh based upon whatever scholarship slab you get according to your score exams, and you have to maintain that scholarships love by maintaining our CGPA higher than 8.5. Basically, AMRITA school of engineering in Kollam district is really economical for people and it has a high rank in NIRF.
Campus Life
The face that in my college, there are a post-sports fest that goes around the summer season and in the winter around January, there happens of Vidyut that is a fest. A lot of people come from all over India. A lot of people come from all over India colleges, and they participate in a lot of questions, hackathons And many more activities and participate in competitions such as EV and other practical skill set competitions, there are competitions over skill competitions as well. For other people, they record competitions such as competitive, coding and competition and there are special competitions for cyber security department as the bios club is the leading club in India and it is in our college. It's been on the top one for most awarded cyber security club ever in India for past 10 or 15 years.
Hostel Facilities
My hostel fee is about 67,000 and for that price I get a decent room with for sharing or three sharing. If I want and PG students get a private room with attached washroom and the food over there is decent. I wouldn't tell that it is really nice, but according to that place, where is it? The food is really decent and you can have Great options. There are like canteen and all in the hostel campus hostel is separated from the campus. it is walking distance and the hostel life is really chill and the weather there at night.
Admission
I chose this college because it is a good NIF ranking and mostly this college will get you into MNCs as it has a great alumni network and mostly the environment. There is all Studio students studying and the student there are passionate about their work, they are there for research And to innovate.
Faculty
The faculty to student addition, cause is really good as for 62 batch of our students. There are different courses and there are different days for every courses and those faculties are excellent in those fields and they have a PhD or a doctorate mostly in that field, and that's why I really like the faculty and they have a good comprehensive skills and they have a good Skills. Explain everything like very nicely and they gave you practical hand experience as well, and there are the laboratories that give you the practical experience that you will get after passing after the college after you are going for the work and MNCs
