Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course English honours that course is my favourite course. In our college, the faculty is just great, in one word legendary figure. Our student ratio is 15 The faculty are all well-qualified from big University and their teaching methods is just awesome.

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 3700 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our fee structure is 3700 per month. Our college did not give scholarships. Our college help the students who have a bad financial condition in their home and on this matter our support a lot to the students

Campus Life

Yea, a great campus I have never seen in my life. We don't have like such a big fest we have a puja path as we studied in a missionary college that is Ramakrishna Mission so they do a puja path in the first year and every year in the month of November there is a social function organised by us and it's a great program.

Admission

There was an admission test and after the admission test, I was selected for the viva and then after calculating the marks of the admission test and viva, then they call me and said you are selected for this college.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

GO FOR IT!!

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Statistics Honours at Ramakrishna Mission Residential College(Autonomous)

There a certain criteria to get admission to this college. 1)You must have a certain cut-off mark in your board exam(HS). If you have then you are eligible for the entrance test. 2) After clearing the test you will be qualified for admission here. Within a few months(2 or 3) after the board exam, the online form filled up for the admission test starts on the college's website. You just have to visit a few times on the college website after the board exam for admission details and exam dates. Application fees( per subject) : 500/- You can take exams on different subjects if you want. The admission process is done only through the college website and there's no offline process for application. These are the negative points here which should be improved.
