Remarks

At my time, admission were based on 12th class percentile. On 1st cut off of DU, I was not getting any decent college of DU. But on 2nd cut off, my percentage matched the required criteria for the admission in the some decent college.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.com is one of the most common courses for any student coming from the Commerce stream. There are plenty of teachers in our institution, and they are highly qualified too. Exams are held at the interval of 6 months and are at a moderate difficulty level.

Internships Opportunities

There are a considerable amount of internship opportunities for students in the college. Most of them don't provide a stipend and are digital, such as Social Marketing, Social Media Manager, Digital Influencer, etc.

Placement Experience

In 6th semester, students became eligible for campus placement. The highest placement made this year was from BYJUS of Rs 8 lakh/annum. But there are only a few students availing benefits of placement cell. Most students search for jobs on their own.

Fees and Financial Aid

B.com fees are Rs.9775 per annum for three years. Apart from it, there is an examination fee of 510 for each semester. Books can be issued from the library of institution. And there are some scholarship programs for students who require financial assistance.

Campus Life

There are not many fests at the institution. Only some are there. Books and Journals are available in adequate quantity at the library. Indoor games are there in the college. For outdoor, we need to travel to other places.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Life when you get into srcc

A first look at Zakir Husain Delhi College.

I applied to colleges like Jamia Millia Islamia but I fell short of the cut off marks. It was mainly due to the reason that I hadn't really prepared for the examination as I was busy preparing for my boards and CUET. The admission process for Zakir Husain is the same as any other college of Delhi University.
