Remarks

Yes, in my time there was a foundation on us that we can only apply for one college at one time and if we want to apply for another college we have to take back our name to the previous college so it was a risk and if people take that risk they end up loosing both the college so this was kind of unfair. we were judged on a merit basis.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have chosen the ba program in marketing and economics because I have always been interested in marketing. The faculty members are also helpful and understanding in our college. the teaching method is also good they teach us using blackboard presentation and also daily life experiences. Semester wise there were exams in our college they were quite difficult to understand but overall a student can score well.

Internships Opportunities

4

Different startup companies are coming to take interviews in our college and also providing internships that is paid with stipends up to 10k for two months or one month you just have to find the right internship for you.

Placement Experience

4

After 5 semesters students are eligible for the internship and placements provided by the college. In the college, there are many placement cells and society which give updates to students about new internships and placements opportunity provided by the college itself

Fees and Financial Aid

There are different courses in our college with different fee structure ba program costs 15000-20000 a year. It's quite affordable and good SC ST OBC also gets a fee concession. It is good any middle-class family can afford it.

Campus Life

5

There are different kinds of fest and societies in our college which you can join. A fest like culture day, cinema day, live singing concerts, etc are there .book and journals magazines are also available and classes and infrastructure are also good and attractive.

Other Applied Colleges

Mata sundari college | BA program

Seats were not left and we cannot switch to another college without removing our names from Current one

Area that should be improved that is treat every student similarly without any discrimination. Faculty don't even tdke action on sol, IGNOU and NCWEB students. So I think it should be improved firstly.

The curriculum is very broad and relevant, it covers both theory and practical aspects of the subject. It is very nice to prepare for further higher studies, though more real-world cast studies and interactive teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant to the current aspects of real world. It is also very focused on the practical component of the subject and helps us know how to apply our theoretical concepts in real life. Aspects that influenced me were: the practicality, the relatibiltiy of concepts and the testing approaches as well.

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option

Lakshmibai College New Delhi does not have its own hostel facilities. Students of this college have to seek accommodation from the various private pgs, hostels and rented rooms at the vicinity of the college.
