Remarks

the college management is excellent. now christ university is also the deemed university.

Entrance Preview

For the admission process we had a subject interview with the head of the department, they ask various questions and we had to score minimum 5 on 10.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

course curriculum was just amazing, labs, teachers everything was good, assessments would help us keep a track on our curriculum.and teachers were highly dedicated. we had many other courses offered to improve our knowledge and had an amazing student life and gained a lot of knowledge

Internships Opportunities

no our college does not provide internship, we had campus placement, but no internship was there no our college does not provide internship, we had campus placement, but no internship was there

Placement Experience

3.5

as i have done masters in physics , many schools had come to recruit teachers, 1 oakridge international- 25000/ month 2 greenwood high-27000/ month 3 bangalore international-20000 4 christ school- 18000. as i have done masters in physics , many schools had come to recruit teachers,

College Events

4

we have events in our college every now and then, since there are many fields, as a science student the main event we had was the science fest, which had inter college quiz and many other competitions, this happens yearly once. the second one is the science exhibition, which would happen yearly once

Fee Structure And Facilities

fee structure lies in between. not very expensive. for my course it was 45000 per year which includes all the lab facilities as well as field visits .whereas non-science courses were very expensive like the MBA and MCA would cost lakhs. so for the science group, the fee structure is not very expensive

Fees and Financial Aid

yes there is an option where we can split up the fee to three times and pay it, also scholarship is given to the students who secure distinction

Campus Life

4

campus life- the two years are very memorable days, we had a good campus with many canteens and cafeterias, the library facility was too good. The gender ratio was equal extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates, quiz essay, painting all the activities were given equal importance as curriculum.

Hostel Facilities

4

I had few of my friends in hostels as well as PGs, money wise PGs are more expensive compared to hostels, christ university has got a very good hostel with good food as well but the only concern was the hostel department were very strict with the timings they follow.

Alumni/Alumna

we have a alumini website which is very useful, we get all the college updates, the job updates and everything in it.

Exam Structure

we had internal assessment which would contribute half marks to final exam. so we would have internal exams on a regular basis, not very hectic, not chilled too. for lab exams also we had internals, so not only the final exam that matters, whole year our performance, and attendance contributed to our final exam

Admission

Initially after my B.Sc i approached christ university in hosur road, purchased the application form and filled it, the selected candidates were to be called for an interview this process took 15 days, then i attended the interview with the head of the department, they ask various questions and we had to score minimum 5 on 10. i did clear with 7 and proceeded to pay fee

Faculty

4.5

teachers are extremely good at christ university, highly talented, very professional, would help us in all curricular. they would attend each and every individual and make sure we would understand the concepts clearly, they would arrange many guest lectures and seminars as well

Our particular course dint had any placement drives. But now, from this year they do have for M.Sc. DAN students too. I think its a good move. Other culinary department students had 100% placements as claimed by the University. After getting degree i am interested in pursuing my Ph.D.
