Remarks

We are get admission by taken CET and JEE examination . And we get admission from cap round . and then according to cap round we got this college. Admission was based on CET results. This process of admission is really wonderful.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have a interest in this course , and our teachers are very well qualified. They have lots of knowledge. The ratio of faculty : students is 1:15. Their teaching methods was really great. We have a CAE exams at every month and the end of semester we have a end semester exam .

Internships Opportunities

Wipro , Infosys, jio- tech etc companies are offered interships. And our college also offers a intership in scheme of earn and learn . Intership is not taken any stipend. It's gives us , knowledge about languages.

Placement Experience

Third year students are eligible for placements. Minimum 150 plus companies are visited to our institute. In this year our college students placed good packages , average package is 8.5 lakh. 100% students are placed from our college. I want to get good placement and good package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees are 143000/- for per year . But form the scheme of fees structure EBC and OBC students have a scholarship benifits and that's is they have to pay only 50% tuition fees .and for NT, SC students they have also a scholarship benifits, they have to pay only 27000/-

Campus Life

We have a really good campus. In our college , we have a drama club, sports club , music club and toast master club etc. we also have a some cultural days, freshers etc. Huge library, huge labs, wonderful classrooms.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option.
