Remarks

We had to write a Common Entrance Exam. The exam consisted of three sections. Math's English and Logical Reasoning. Each Section had 40 marks. There was no passing marks criteria as this paper had 50% weightage and boards marks had 50% weightage. After clubbing the marks seats were allotted according to merit.

I had a keen liking for Banking due to which I decided to opt for this course. The faculty is qualified and has teachers who have worked in various industries. Exams were on a 3-6 months timely basis and if you paid attention in the lectures it would be easy to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus recruitment after semester 5. Companies like JP Morgan ICICI Bank EY come every year to recruit students. The Average Package for a fresher is 4L per annum. The highest package bagged was by a BAF student in JP Morgan with a 13LPA ctc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for BCOM unaided courses was 30 thousand per years. Infact the fees was pretty much the same for almost every year. The cost to study would go higher if you ended up renting a house nearby . I didn't apply for any scholarship but there is a scholarship available for people who can't afford to pay the fees.

There are usually two fests every year. One was held in January and one will be held in August. Our college has 2 libraries and they have a huge collection of books. Classrooms are Air Conditioned and have projectors.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

campus placements are really good better than most bba colleges , a student can get placed for around 4L-15L depending upon his gpa and other skills . Companies like pwc, deloitte , goldman sachs and larsen &turbo come in college for placements. Average CTC is around 6LPA where is highest package is around 15LPA. My plans after getting this degree is getting 2 years of work experience then go to abroad for my mba in finance field
