Mata Sundri College- Come and Experience!

Th admission process was very smooth and quick. All the verification needed just around 10-15 minutes. The application form can be found in the website of Delhi University, as this is a college under the University of Delhi. The fees for the application was 250 in my year. Personally, everything is seamless if you reach well in time. If you are late, then you might expect some delay and crowd.

I'm a Computer Science Hons Student and my course is a bit grilling and difficult, but the faculty makes everything easy and smooth. I chose this course because I am interested in Computer Science. The faculty: student ratio was about 1:45 and it was very smooth. All facilities had a Master's and some have Doctorates too. The exams have been a bit difficult, but due to the teaching methods of the faculties, they're easy to pass if you study.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Companies like Deloitte, WIPRO, TCS, DeShawn and Co., Planet spark come and take many students. The average package offered is around 3.5 lakhs, the highest going to even 9 lakhs (including variable). Almost 60% of students get placement, and many want to pursue higher studies, me included.

The fees for my course was around 24.5K, and this excludes books and notes. Books and notes have to be bought and arranged on our own. In total it amounts to around 30k a year. There are various scholarships available in the college, many of which give you scholarships, and refunds on your existing fees. A course like Computer Science Hons in a fee of 30k is extremely difficult to get, so this is a good deal. Companies like WIPRO, Deloitte, DeShawn and TCS have come and their packages range from 3.5L to 6L.

The annual fest of Mata Sundri College, Saarang is held every year around January end- February. It is conducted in over 2-3 days. The library of the college is excellent, with all types of books and research paper available. The labs and library are all air conditioned, and the classrooms are big and well ventilated. Various sports activities are present in the campus, and other extra curricular activities such as Bhangra society, Western Dance Society, Art Society, Drama Society, NCC, NSS, and many more. The Enactus is run by the students and is extremely successful.
